The Orre Region, one of the driest regions of the Pokemon world. The landscape is dominated by an enormous desert broken only by the large, rocky ravines that dot the horizon. Only a few Steel and Rock type Pokemon roam here naturally, and most of the human population wander in looking to hide from the rest of the world. Thieves and rouges wander freely, and the locals live in a nearly lawless state. They believe that no one cares what happens in Orre and so only trust themselves.
Deep within one Orre's canyons stands a dominating building. Inside one of building's many rooms are almost two dozen men, dressed in similar red uniforms, celebrating an unknown event. In the next room, a muscular, bald man with long lighting shaped eyebrows and moustaches talks with someone one his videophone.

For quite some time, I had been trying to get a second Victini. It was for my boyfriend. He said he wanted one but couldn't get his own copy of the game until his birthday, which by then, the Victini Wi-Fi event would have ended. I turned on my game and started up Black. Loading my saved data, I entered a Pokémon Centre and entered the Global Trade. Searching 'Victini', I skimmed though the possible trade partners, talking to myself as I did so.
