Woohoo, finally I was successful in finding a bento box of two cases in a real store without having it ordered online I found it the last time when I went to Zurich to meet a friend. It was last week. Because I was there too early I had time to pop in the Korean store to see what's new. I knew they had bento boxes but only a few and very small, transparent ones for children. This time, however, I found a "real" one with two cases and a nice rabbit design. So I bought it ^^. And before you ask: This Korean store also sells Japanese wares.
The first filling of this bento box includes:
- Basmati rice with furikake spicing and one umeboshi - cut vegetables (zucchini, carrot) and edamame (soy beans) - 2x vegan wiener octopus - tamagoyaki with spinach
- fruit pieces (several melons, pineapple) and some grapes - 1x peanut mochi, 1x small peach mochi
It all tasted good, it was just a shame that I couldn't bring soy sauce with me.
long time no bento! ^^ recently my work schedule changed, which also means my lunch times changed sooooo....... it's bento time again!
today's bento was some pasta I whipped up with some spinach, lenga lenga and paprika. I had some unfilled space in my box so I threw in some cherry tomatoes, edamame and some beets. They seem a bit out of place now I see the pic, but it was yummy nonetheless
This is for Chearr and everybody who asked for a cell shading tutorial.
I really hate confusing tutorials that expect you to know completely everything and don't mention important tips like the brush settings and things, so I've tried to make it as simple as I could for everyone to understand, especially for beginners.
If you're new to SAI paint tool, before you even attempt drawing, its best to look at the shortcuts for SAI, it will make the program a billion times easier to use and less confusing. They give out tips like that CTRL + Z would take back a step in case you made a mistake. mirfackulous.tumblr.com/post/3…
Finally I've finished her! Night Glider is my last plushie of 5th season new pony characters, hope you like her! ^__^ She is one of a kind, I'm not planning to repeat her pocket-sized version,
as well as making Sugar Belle or Party Favor pocket-sized plushies (because I have a lot of commissions to do), so it is your last chance to get her!
Tiny and adorable plushie of Night Glider will be a nice addition to any MLP plush collection! Made of cuddly minky fabric. Se is approx. 6.3"(16 cm) tall and have machine embroidered details. Filled with hypoallergical fiberfill (100% polyester), wire frame inside. Check out the eBay-link for more pictures!
I based this design off of a small pair 'fu dogs' we have here at home. After doing some research I learned that these are traditionally referred to as 'shishi' in Chinese, and actually represent lions! They are considered to be powerful guardians, one male and one female, yin and yang. The male holds a ball in his paw while the female clutches at a playful cub.
They are both made of gold colored polymer clay with black polymer clay for fur. The male holds a shiny glass marble. The female holds a tiny bushy tailed cub who has his paws over his eyes, he's just itching to play!
Both Dragons measure just under 3 inches tall, 4 inches long and 2 and a half inches wide.
I have added more pictures with different views on my Etsy page.
Sharista is a OOAK white Runedragon! When you look closely at her scales there is also a slight hint of blue. Her magical runes are hidden on the inside of her wings, 12 on each wing, they give her the ability to use white magic.
She was handmade out of polymer clay, baked then coated with a matte glaze.
Vous trouverez les versions non colorisées ici: sta.sh/2z5b4cpn0b8 et pour l'anecdote j'ai redessiner un bon vieux dessin:

Project: Food From Around the World Region/Country/Culture: Japan
Notes: Our original piece was just the "bento" set. Due to popular demand (and general questioning), we expanded the foodies we had. We made 2 separate sets: one for what we think of "traditionally" Japanese food - and I know that's always up for debate, but please save that for elsewhere - and foods that are foreign in origin and have been adapted for Japanese tastes.
The result is this chart/print thing we sold at anime conventions. I think we covered a good amount.
Please don't forget to visit our website if you're interested the 1.25" buttons for these!
When we explored West Park, Jenn and I chose a cosplay that we haven't debuted yet, and would be easy to move around the hospital in, but also something we felt would FIT the characters.
So, Jenn and I cosplayed Crowley and Aziraphale, from Terry Prachett and Neil Gaiman's novel "Good Omens". The two are the representatives of God and Satan on Earth at the coming of the next Antichrist.
