The funeral for William Moody (Paul Bearer) was Saturday. A very hard time for all of us, though a reminder that we all need to cherish our lives and the people around us or as long as we can.
When I heard of his death, I was miserable for a good 2-3 days. The whole week of March 3rd was a wreck for myself, and Moody's death only dug it into a deeper hole. Once it happened, I only made one small statement and one statement only:
"R.I.P To William Moody (Paul Bearer). I could say he was a big influence in my life. I was able to talk to him via Twitter for some time during high school. I'd ask him random questions about 'Taker, check in on how he's doing now and then, wish him happy birthday, etc. etc... But when he passed away, I realized he did more than answer my questions.
Paul was also the man who got Mark Calaway to where he is today. He was with Mark even before WWF/E. Without Paul helping Mark overcome his "party days," giving him advice, helping him through issues
