It was kinda cramped. Small. Not much room to move around. The bed making irritating, squeaky sounds, each time one of them moved. But it was also warm and soft and secure and the sound of Steve's heart beating drowned out a bit other noises and made Tony's sleep calmer. Also, each time Tony started to fidget, woken up either by the sound of a car or a dog barking, Steve's hand was already rubbing his back or petting his hair, helping him get back to sleep.
