intro to fluid simulation with blenderhello blender heads! i've prepared a small tutorial about fluid and water simulation that will make you able to create animations like this one based on some requests from the :iconblender-nuts: group membersMore Like This
please note that i wanted to keep things simple and i only explained the basics and it will cover what you need to make a basic simulation, if you want more details about this subject please look in youtube for more advanced tutorials.
in this tutorial i assume that you already know how to add, delete, move, scale, rotate and all the basics of blender
Level: Beginners Intermediate
let's begin then
what you will need to d first before making a fluid simulation is setting a domain, it is a box that determines the boundaries of the fluid simulation, no fluid can get out of it
think of it as a transparent container that holds the fluid
all the settings for fluid can be accessed from the physics tab as shown in the picture

Here are the rules (they look more like guidelines to me):
1.- You have to post these rules (You just keep calling them that)
2.- Each person has to share 13 things about them
3.- Answer the 13 questions asked to you and invent 13 questions the people you tag will have to answer (Nah, bugger that)
4.- Choose 13 people (Refer to previous "Rule")
5.- You have to legitimately tag 13 people. (Refer to "Rule" 3)
6.- You can't say that you don't do tags. (Refer to "Rule" 3)
7.- Tag-backs are ALLOWED
8.- YOU MUST MAKE A JOURNAL ENTRY. NO COMMENTS. Unless you're commenting about the actual entry.
9.- You have to finish this within a week. If not; you'll have to do whatever the creator
