(Name) (Last Name) bit her lip as she sat awkwardly in History class, trying to ignore the intense gazes being directed at her by Nagisa Hazuki. She distracted herself by lightly tapping the eraser of her mechanical pencil against the back of her hand. The teacher blabbered on about something that she had tuned out about two minutes after he began talking, and (Name) felt like she would probably fall asleep if she didn’t feel so threatened by the stare she was getting from the short boy who sat three desks down from her.
When (Name)’s doctor had originally diagnosed her with Scopophobia, she had had no clue what it even meant, other than that it was apparently some extreme fear of something. Her doctor hadn’t really explained it much to her, so when she got home, she got out her laptop and immediately looked it up on her most trusted website, Dictionary.com.
