Sorry, guys...You've probably noticed I've been a little sparse on my updates and communication over the past few weeks, and even more so for the past couple days. I don't like to air my personal business too much, but I feel I owe you guys an explanation. My grandma Beverly had been in several hospitals/recovery centers for heart problems since late March. We thought she was on the mend, but because of problems with her lungs, her condition took a turn for the worse. She passed away this past Thursday peacefully and among her friends and family.More Like This
We all loved her very much and this has been a crushing blow to all of us. To me personally, she was the only grandparent I ever actually had a relationship with and this is the first time I've ever had to cope with the death of a close family member. I've come to find out that I apparently deal with the grief by hiding in my house and distracting myself with just about anything that doesn't involve other people, hence my radio silence over the weekend.
