France x Sick!Child!Canada - fading awayMore Like This
Matthew is only five years old. He draws in his notebook, a sweet smile curving his small, rosebud lips.
His father, Francis, sits right beside him. His azure eyes waters with tears that are ready to be set free. He can feel discrepant levels of pain filling up his aching heart, but his petit garçon always seems to wash that everlasting pain away.
All of the sudden, the young boy begins to cough and wheeze, having a hard time breathing. Francis' brows wrinkles in worry, an expression of distress upon his features. He quickly rushes to his side to pat his back. "Are you okay, mon cher?"
Matthew looks at him with a faint smile, receiving some kind of relief. "Oui papa... I'm okay."
Francis sighs sadly while he still rubs his small back. Matthew sighs heavily and continues to draw. The Frenchman sees that he's fine, so he stands up and walks to the window. When his son isn't looking, he secretly wipes the many silent tears that escape his eyes.
His mind drifts into thought.
Denial: England x Dead!ReaderDenial is a funny thing. It can twist up the past, crumple things up, and alter your perspective. Arthur did really see the other car coming towards him.More Like This
He did hear your scream pierce his ears.
He did see you cover your bulging stomach quickly, a small attempt to protect his and your unborn child. Squinting your once beautiful (e/c) eyes in expectation, you braced for impact.
And he saw the bright crimson blood splatter wildly against the windshield before it shattered.
Arthur could see all the beer bottles left shattered around the car as well. As he saw that, he vomited, the retching inspiring gut wrenching pain in his side.
But Arthur couldn’t really register you how you got taken away.
He could see the sheet covering your face as he lay trapped in the car, woozy and bleeding profusely.
But somehow he could also see your face was bloodied and marred. He knew that both you and his baby were no longer alive.
Arthur couldn’t accept any of it, however. It was just so

Not even their (or at least Liechtenstein's) surnames are what we think they are! So here are the official and officially suggested names Himaruya listed for most of the characters.More Like This

Hetalia Characters: HeightIt's canon all the official heights given to a select few Hetalia characters were chosen based on a study Himaruya found of average heights (by gender) in various countries. Because I'm bored, I went ahead and decided to make a list of the heights the characters should be based on a study just like the one he looked at. But because they seem to be slightly different (or it was updated), I'm keeping the official heights given to some characters and adding the probable heights to the ones not given a height. So let's get started.More Like This
NOTICE: The height in meters was provided by the study along with the feet and inches. For the official heights, the feet, inches, and centimeters are also official. ALSO, ANY CHARACTERS NOT ON THIS LIST HAD A NON APPLICABLE HEIGHT. I WILL NOT SEARCH AROUND TO FIND THEM FOR YOU. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW, FIND OUT YOURSELF.
America: 5'9.6" (177 cm) - official
Australia: 5'8.75" (1.748 m)
Austria: 5'10.5" (1.792 m)
