"Hey... Hey, [Name]...! Wake up! Seriously?"
You awoke to being slapped in the face with a rather large pillow. Even though it was soft, it was effective. Lindsay hit you with it one more time, even though you were awake.
"Hey, hey, hey," you murmured, half awake. You brought your arm up to shield from any further blows. "Calm down with the pillow assault."
"Oh, finally," she said, tossing the pillow aside. "Hey, it's almost 1. I just got back from college, too. I can't believe you were still sleeping."
You groaned. "I don't know, I'm just really tired from yesterday." You turned to your right and grabbed your phone, turning it on. "What did you say the time was aga- Oh, shit."

A rough pair of hands slammed you into the side of a building, suspending you in the air just a few inches above the ground. "Don't struggle and this won't be so bad" he hissed in your ear. The warmth of his breath made you cringe, there was no way you would give in

I'm leaving DA for good. No new account, no new site where I'll be posting instead, nothing. My artwork is going to stay with me and the places of business I'll apply.
Here's the thing;
The internet always, always, ALWAYS eats up all my time. I don't just go on for a bit, I'm on forever. And when I post to a website like DA, I always worry about what everyone else will think of my artwork or how many people will like it, and I've lost sight of what I love about art in the first place. I've taken several weeks to just draw and live, and you know, I'll take that over any online connection any day. Not only that, but the anonymity of the internet makes me behave in ways that I'm truly embarrassed by. I'm insanely disappointed in myself, and I regret a lot of how I've carried on over the internet on this account and the old one. I'd like to apologize for a lot of my inappropriate or otherwise distasteful behavior over the course of my dev
