It also explains how to activate your Mature Content filter to alter your browsing experience to suit your personal preferences. $dxd, one of the CEA Team, wrote an amazing journal, CEA Blog: Mature Content, which covers misconceptions about Mature Content on dA in detail. Crossing the LineAlmost 99.9999% of the comments I get on DA are very nice and complimentary. For this I am grateful and appreciative. I also appreciate the occasional criticism that suggests I try a different crop, color, or lens choice. Even after 35 years I feel it is vital to listen to all the input I get because there are occasional jewels of ideas that come from learned professionals and beginning amateurs alike. Sometimes I even like it more when someone who is new to photography makes suggestions because they aren't stifled by the "rules" we all learn when we start out.More Like This
Recently, I've had a few people say some interesting and absurd things. These comments are related to my having taken down my gallery of nudes. First of all, let me say, my motive for this action was simply time management. I run a business so I don't have time to respond to all the comments or even read them all.

Animethon! We're coming to Edmonton :DWe're back from Australia and before I begin posting my con journals from this month I have an announcement to make!!! Some of you may already know about this since it was announced a little while back, but because it was in the middle of a few cons for us I wanted to wait to make a formal announcement to give the con the attention that it deservesMore Like This
:iconvandorwolf: and I have been invited to Animethon this August in Edmonton, Alberta!
This is a con that we have considered going to for years since it's in our neighbooring province of Alberta, but Canadian distances being what they are we never managed to make it work. Thankfully this year Animethon extended and invitation to us, and I am thrilled and honoured that we are getting a chance to go!
We'll be doing a lot of panels at this con, and they'll all be new and improved ;D Hope that you guys can make it if you live near Edmonton!
I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone there :3 it's about time we got to meet and hang

Fredweird pulls out two chairs, placing one on either side of a table. I step forward, readying myself for the match. "Ok, Benson, let's do this thing." I say with my usual attitude.
"Just a sec," he says, flinging his jacket away and rolling up his short sleeves, showing off his new rippling muscles. I hear "oo"s and "ya"s from our small audience. I simply roll my eyes. He knows he's going to lose so why make a show of it? He very audibly cracks his neck.
"I'm getting bored!" I complain falsely in a sing-song voice.
