This neckless was made using polymer clay backed in a 24k gold base. Is painted with 18k gold and acrylics varnished. The pearls are fresh water pearls that I made a special template in order to put all them together because of the amazing irregularities of this pearls was at least 100hrs work.
I never try to sell this neckless for the incredible work that I put on them ,was almost impossible make a fair price once is not a real jewel.
Just finished this one up yesterday....beautiful charoite cabochon! It has a bit of chatoyance to it (like tiger's eye) but little hairlike structures swirled throughout, not in a straight line. Very interesting, and the ladies love purple!
This is a collection of Japanese Patterned Chainmail jewelry pieces, drapped over the arms of my sister, and a photographer at the studio I had these pictures taken. The materials used are sterling silver, enameled copper, and Glass Czech beads. Of course most of my interest lies in the actual pieces of jewelry, though, the picture has a very nice contrast with a lot of artistic detail in both the layout, and shooting of the picture.
Hehe, I just found this pic that I drew over at pins' 'kaki when I first joined. Its a group pic of as many people as I could draw from there. Clockwise from the bottom right: Kitty-aisha (toxic, the glowing kitty-ish fursona), err... someone with a phoenix in their username (so sorry I forgot what it was specifically), ShoyruInferno (The flaming shoyru), Etoile (Grey star, as in "dead star/etoile-morte" French), Pins (lol, the pile of safety pins, thumbtacks, etc.), Eyorexox0 (Eeyore ), Babyalien91 (The little purple alien wrapped in green), Qashang (Rose, since quashang means "beautifiul" in Persian), MangoTango (Fursona, popcorn), Aquatic Fishy (teh fishee, duh!) Frog (Er.. pretty obvious..), Copycat (2 identical brown cats hanging off ChipZ) Kouhii Tenshi (Translation: Coffee Angel, unfortunately I mistranlated at the time, to coffee queen, so its the big ole crown with a coffee cup on it instead of an angel wing w/the cup.), ChipZ (If you can't find this one, bad you!) Cahaya (The bright light in front of ChipZ, as cahaya can be translated to light, from *I believe* Indonesian.), Bittahsweet (the purple candy with the lemon on it), sleeps2much (The blue bed), PikachuAndrew (Pika).

So it seems I have a slight addiction to using Cocobolo wood at the moment.
Here is my latest item available just in time for valentines day. Similar to previous pieces but a bit more complicated, which is always my natural progression.
I hand carved the heart from Cocobolo wood. I cut then bent an old watch back to fit the shape. Using recycled cogs and gears I created a small unique movement. I shaped some copper wire which I inlaid into the heart for a little bit of extra detail.
I fitted a 32GB USB drive inside which can simply be pulled out when required. It features a blue activity LED framed by a metal ring that shows through the lid of the key when working.
I have also given the wood a glossy finish leaving it more durable but also silky to the touch.
All the watch parts have come from damaged or irreparable wrist watch's that have been hand disassembled and then combined to create a true, miniature work of art.

Amphitrite: A sea-goddess and wife of Poseidon. Under the influence of the Olympian pantheon, she became merely the consort of Poseidon, and was further diminished by poets to a symbolic representation of the sea. Amphitrite, "the third one who encircles the sea", was so entirely confined in her authority to the sea and the creatures in it that she was almost never associated with her husband, either for purposes of worship or in works of art, except when he was to be distinctly regarded as the god who controlled the sea. Amphitrite was a daughter of Nereus and Doris (and thus a Nereid), Some called her the personification of the sea itself. Amphitrite's offspring included seals and dolphins

This is my most popular chain maille necklace. It is now being made with shinnier and lighter weight scales. This piece has been featured in a fashion blog article discussing Joan of Arc: [link]
Chain maille choker featuring 30 large and small armour scales. The weave used for this piece is a European 4 in 1. The choker is constructed out of 19g bright aluminum jump rings. The rings have been hand coiled and hand cut by Blackbird Maille. The chain maille portion of the choker measures 3/4 of an inch wide. The larger scales measure 1 3/8 inches long and 7/8 inches wide. The scales are made out of bright aluminum making them super shiny and super light. The necklace weighs less than 3 ounces.

FINALLY! I'm beginning to get it. Adding on extra layers, doing certain adjustments to color, hue, brightness and contrast.. I think this took me about 8 hours. Okay.. So.. Let's begin our journey in taking Mako's clothes off, shall we? I couldn't really figure out if I wanted this, or I wanted that.. so.. I decided to just do all of them at once.
