Sadly my bonsai tree died despite all my efforts to keep it alive, but before I threw it in the recycle bin I thought I'd take a few shots of it because I think it would make a good gnarled tree for manips or art reference.
My stock rules can be found in my journal.
Please NOTE me if you use my stock, thanks.
Well yeah, the God of the Underworld rises again. I love this god so much I forgot that I could draw him. As you can see the design looks similar to the Star Gate movie (btw the movie is cool the series suck) so yeah. I had to look at Feng Zhu's art line to figure out the mech head. I love how it turned out, black is how I wanted it and the lines on the art where all red but I suddenly changed it to gold with the gradient thingy. For me its a weeeeeeeeeeeeeee bit unfinished, but heck, as far as it goes, looks damn good from here.
Line art with the old school pencil n paper-Colored on Photoshop CS w/ the godly Tablet!!
Hope u like...cause I have an Anubis character waiting in line for this head.
She was a girl soft but estranged We were the two our lives rearranged Feeling so good that day
Strange... i know but trying to keep playing around and practice some ps skills..... started off with a render but dunno what happened with that 0.o i dunno.. but i like it alot.. i dunno why.. LOADS of textural goodies lurking around in there for you
I made this for my bf's b-day, thought it would be a neat little present After the previous wood project, I had some wood laying around so I thought why not make a wood piece for his wall? I wanted to make something of a fan shape..something with an asian theme, mostly so it matches the rest of his room decor. I decided to go with the waves because I remember the Japanese wave poster he has in his room. Waves are soft but not too feminine so i thought it would be a good subject.
btw, the band saw broke on me while i was cutting the curve *_* it was rather scary. It got caught...thank god I was able to take it out. I burned the wood with a wood burning tool and finished it up with a wood carving knife. I stained it with acrylic and varnished it with wood varnish.
Pretty happy with how it turned out maybe some day i will do more wood work...i've become rather interested in this material.
Description: This tooke me quite a while to finish, but I'm pretty pleased with the result. It's another practice layout, this time for a mid-size design community. I've been wanting to get away from my usual blue color scheme and I think the smooth greens work well. I tried to make it as user friendly as possible, seeing as in theory it would have may people visiting it daily. It would be coded in XHTML with a little Flash.
Another new layout, still experimenting with color schemes. I'm pleased with the outcome. It's a psydeuo domain name, and really just another practice layout. The site would be based on a design community.
~norbi for his piece in the featured artwork
