Dear Jocelyne, You know how much I appreciate your friendship and I must say you are one the kindest people I've ever met. You are always interesting to communicate with and I love your pictures! Here are some of her wonderful works:
I was quite amazed when I saw this concept. So, decided to test myself and try pull it out in 3D. I think i did it well, thats my opinion. After all I'm using Blender for more than 2yr. I know my limits but I'm far from beginning when I couldn't find "Unwrap" button. XD
So... I just finished watching Once Upon a Time and I must say that it is one of the best shows I've ever scene. Huge fan of Robert Carlyle's Rumpelstiltskin, he seriously steels every scene he's in. But also the Queen is quite the force to be reckoned with. The acting in this series is superb and the fantasy mixed with reality couldn't be better. Can't wait for season 2.
I'm attempting a backwards doodle~ This is where I start from the background and build it out and out until I have a character standing in the scene and everything looks...right, fitting, and natural. I'm also playing with space scapes, lighting (extreme lighting in this case), and a sense of space. I'm still very much... untested in this but I hope to improve. I liked this bg enough to upload it without the characters. Those will come later.
This is looking out one of the many windows of the Knight's Hall, a place accessible only to the knights of the realm and sustained only by ancient magics long lost to the mortal realm. The three planets are the central point of the entire story- Para, Chimu, and Mar.
this is a collaborative work the the calligraphy artist Aziz Al-Ameer; his instagram account is @busuliman My instagram account is: ali_shobbar this is a calligraphy and art depiction of the relationship between couples from the Holy Quran describing the nature of the relation ship between couple, a form higher than love.
This one how I believe how an Arabian Princess looks like, not the usual Hollywood belly dancer/pleasure slave. the cloths is a mix between Arabian, Turkish and Persian cultures. Although her facial features are more Turkish/Persian than an Arabian one. Please drop comments!
Well, I only have about four more weeks left of college, and while I'm still trying to find a job and/or grad school, that's not to say I can't start preparing a way of saying thanks to my references in advance.
I've kinda been taking a little break from the remaining pages of WfC, mainly to finish these macaw feathers. Most of them will be going to colleagues who wrote/are writing recommendation letters for post-college career opportunities.
This first one is for my research supervisor from the Stone Lab bird REU I was involved with last summer. The birds I chose are personal favorites that we encountered during that time: red-winged blackbird, tree swallow, barn swallow, yellow warbler and indigo bunting.
Acrylic paint and nail polish on blue-and-gold macaw feather.
