Optimus almost jumped in surprise as Ratchet stomped his way into their quarters. The medic looked positively livid. His optics were darker than normal and he was vibrating as he walked. There was a strange tangle of a yellow, string-like substance across the side of his helm and Optimus could see that it was starting to circle around the antenna sticking out of his pack.
“Are you alright, Ratchet?” Optimus asked as he sat up on his berth.
He had just settled down to read through a datapad that Ultra Magnus had delivered while letting a content Smokescreen curl up against his chest. He hadn’t expected Ratchet for at least two more joors, more than enough time for him to read through the datapad and make sure that Smokescreen did not wake up and pounce on the medic before he had a chance to lie down. Smokescreen had picked up a strange habit of doing that to the poor medic and it did not help with Ratchet’s sore chassis.

Today was The Day.
The Day was important enough to have it's own subfolder in Steve's memory banks, with an attached alert that was flagged URGENT and was pinging him every few kliks. Not that he needed the reminder; even if he hadn't been thinking constantly about his upcoming confession, the other drones were locking him out of the bunker until he did it, and that was that. Recharging in the hallways of the Nemesis was extremely unhealthy. Liable to wake up scrapped.

Steve stumbled as the name circled his processor, clutching his vocaliser and willing himself quiet. He couldn't give himself away th

Orion started when the doors whirred open, admitting a frightfully stern-looking mech. He'd unlocked the archives barely a klik ago; patrons rarely visited so early.
He wasn't even supposed to be down here, as his duties kept him busy on the upper levels, but he easily remembered the unique thrill of guiding patrons through the huge collection of data. His work could wait just a bit longer.
"Hello," he said warmly, optics widening as the mech stormed past. "...Hello?"
"Yes, thank you," the mech said absently before turning to dive down a row of shelves.
Curiously Orion followed, peeking around the corner to find the mech rummaging frantically through a set of files. A medic, then; and most likely a student, considering this area was intermediate studies on Cybertronian biology. "Can I help you find something?"
The medic glanced up in surprise, looking him over quickly with a wry grin before ret

It had been nearly half a month since she had been separated from Bloodshed. Thornstriker was currently staying with her brother and his lover for the time being, as he didn't want her to stay at her apartment alone. She had been given paid leave so she would have time to recuperate both physically and mentally. Luckily, aside from a twisted ankle, she was perfectly fine. The explosion didn't seem to have done anything to her. The doctor had said it was probably because the experiment had used his body to shield her from the blast.
Thornstriker hugged herself, leaning back into her chair. Bloodshed. Even though he had tried to force himself on her... She was still so worried about him a
