How to change your icons (Mac and Windows)UPDATEMore Like This

So, I've been getting several questions about how to change your icons on Mac and Windows.
I've decided to link all of the guides into this journal here. I might edit this later for a FAQ if need be.
If the icons look small when you initially replace the icon, click a blank space on your desktop and scroll with the mouse wheel. It will make the icons bigger.

Step by step for changing a regular Windows icon:
1. Create a shortcut to Photoshop on your desktop if you haven't already.
2. Right click on the shortcut, and then click on "Properties."
3. Click on the "Shortcut" tab, and click on "Change Icon." It'll show you a window of all the icons.
5. Click on "Browse..."
