I'm getting bored of Simpsons Fantasy. So I think I'll do a new video game based crossover type thing.

This one based around the Ace Attorney series.

In Nuclear Turnabout, after the events of Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, Phoenix is somehow transported to Springfield while on his way to get piano lessons. He is found by Lisa who asks for Phoenix's help to defend Homer to has been arrested on the suspicion that he killed one C. M. Burns.


I've not figured out all the plot details yet, but I may make this into a youtube series, with Voice overs who knows.

It put me in a better mood. The sky background I shot earlier this year during a nasty storm, and wireframed.

Phew it's been a while. I got sick the first week of December, then had my wedding, then xmas, and now I'm back to drawing hehe. Someone asked me a while back about using a line of action with 2 characters and I never got around to making an example so I thought this would be a good opportunity. Here's Homer and Krusty doing the famous loop on a mini bike trick. That was a great episode actually. You can see the line of action flows between the 2 characters like an "S", but it doesn't always have to be an "S" shape. Just remember to make it flow! I ran out of room on my paper that's why Krusty's foot is cut off, sorry! Done on my usual newsprint with prisma colored pencils. Enjoy!

Finally finished this one. I had trouble figuring out just what poses to do for Maggie because there's not too many that really nail her personality. I don't know what I was thinking with the ice cream one. Of course you can't have Maggie without her enemy Gerald the unibrow baby. Anyway this finishes the main family, I think I'll do some side characters but only 1 or 2 poses each. Done with Prisma color pencils on newsprint. Enjoy!

Finally, I was able to scan and post my Lisa drawings. I did these actually a little while ago but just didn't have a free moment to scan them, so here they are! Lisa is actually one of my fav characters because she's very dynamic and wholesome. She just isn't the standard "nerd", she has feelings, wants, fears, etc. I can imagine that if she were a real person how hard it would be for her in school but at the same time she isn't a charity case because she still does what she likes and is confident doing them. Anyway, 10 points to the first person to guess what the second pic is in reference to. I had fun with these, I think I might do some secondary characters next. Prisma color pencils on newsprint. Here are some sketches of Bart. I like his fun, always gonna be a kid attitude, but I also love how sometimes he's more dynamic. There was that episode in the early seasons when he has to face the reality of being a failure, even to the point of break down. No matter how hard he tried he just couldn't pass a test, and despite his "don't care" attitude it really affected him. I like things like that about characters because it makes them more than just one dimensional arch-types. Anyway, he was fun to draw like this, especially not having to count the 9 points on his hair every time, yeesh. Prismacolor on newsprint, Enjoy!

Rhonda Roykirk along with Lois Griffin have been invited to take part in a Hawaiian cultural appreciation celebration by Ms. Nani and her little sister, Lilo which includes an impromptu hula dance. But both Rhonda and Lois are more than a little unnerved by the presence of Lilo's "pet dog" Stitch whom she insists should be allowed to make the grass sway with the ladies. But neither Rhonda nor Lois will let this weird critter out of their sight.

When I saw this picture, the car dealer from Futurama was the first this that popped into my head.

A take off from one of the upcoming season. In the episode "Call Me" Amy is in an obviously bad marmoset costume to deliver some new office furniture. So I made the costume not so obvious. Which asks the question, is this Amy in a costume teasing poor Fry or a marmoset pretending to be Amy and tormenting poor Fry?

Just had to do this drawing about 2 weeks ago, the very moment I heard the not-so-good news that Comedy Central would not be renewing Futurama. So after this summer, that's pretty much it. Again. Gotta make room for Tosh.0 and the Suck My Taint girl I guess. Can't have anything good on Comedy Central, it just wouldn't be consistent with the rest of their programming.

So, I felt I had to be a good nerd and give them my love as a fan. It's okay, Planet Express crew, Mullet still loves ya.
