as her carefully built mask begin to crack.
Her mind off on another planet, unaware of her thoughts
bombarding her brain,

The tornado destroys everything in its place.
Including her mask.
Tears cascade down her face like RAZOR blades,
leaving more scars than healing.
I watch as she cries
unable to help her
I reach towards her, only to have her hand push me away.
I watch as her sobs go unnoticed by the rest of the world
I want to help,

From The Heart... My fingers dance,More Like This
On the keys of the piano,
Music filling the dry air.
My lips do not move,
Breath taking,
Other sounds blocked off.
Just me,
And this music.
I hear nothing,
Except the keys,
The keys I play,
In which my fingers choose to dance on.
I close my eyes,
Listening,
Not one word spoken,
My heart cries,
Through tune,
Silent,
Outspoken.
The tune played out,
Crying from my soul,
Only through the simple sound.
My fingers dance,
On the simply keys,
Speaking out my heart,
Crying from my soul,
While the music fills the dry air.
