This is the third packaging illustration I painted for the Star Wars Miniatures: Legacy of the Force line.

The size of the final piece is about 17" high.

It's painted with acrylics and oil. For a more detailed description of how I created this image please click the link that goes to my blog.

Painted over a year and a half ago, this was my first Mara Jade piece for FFG's Star Wars games. It actually appeared in the Beta book for those few who were able to grab one, but now with the Balance of the Force expansion she's finally in the LCG. I still remember reading the Thrawn trilogy when they came out, and she's been one of my favorite characters ever since.

One of the first reveals from Fantasy Flight Games' new Star Wars roleplaying game (Edge of the Empire), this is one of the character design/ chapter plates. To be honest, I'm not entirely sure what her name is at that point, but if anyone has read it and wants to fill me in go right ahead!

Star Wars was my biggest obsession as a kid, and being able to design characters for the RPG means my life has peaked far too early.

Here a link to the main page for FFG's latest RPG: [link]

Hello there beautiful! Make sure you follow me on Facebook!

______________________________________________

Hey everyone! Long time no see!

This is an illustration I did for Magic: The Gathering's upcoming Avacyn Restored set, it was spoiled this weekend so I can finally show it!

I've been working solo for MtG for about a year now, many more cards on their way that I'll be able to upload sooner or later.

For now I hope this you like. Sorry for the lack of activity recently, I've been pretty busy with work so I don't have a lot of showable personal work. That'll hopefully change too though!

Steps!

See you guys!

I had something else in mind..but ended up with this..
Im gonna start drawing random stuff, then fixing it up, instead of planning something, then ending up unable to accomplish it!

A great artist died today.

A man whose skill at turning ideas into visuals that could excite even the most cynical Hollywood producer and get them to green-light a film called Star Wars.

A man who was a true inspiration to myself and many others.

Rest in Peace, Ralph McQuarrie. Your voice may no longer be heard in our world but you leave behind a legacy of beautiful work that will never leave us.

Happy New Year, folks! May it be cool and full of colours to all.

And the 2011 fanart season starts from charming Mr. Riznler from "Tron: Legacy". I watched it on January 1st in IMAX and was amazed by almost everything: art, special effects, actors' play, spundtrack. That's a really good beginning of the New Year. Great gift, I think.

An art for my husband. This is the illustration of his Star Wars fanfic about a Mandalorian warrior and an ex-Jedi archaeologist. I got quite nice experience of drawing armour and guns.

Have a nice day, guys.

This is one of ten pieces I did for the new Star Wars Essential Guide to Warfare. I had a blast working on it and I'm excited that I am able to contribute to the Star Wars universe.

I will be posting them in the order of sequence as it appears in the book. Hope you guys enjoy them!

The first one is a battle between the Lusankya of the New Republic Forces under the command of Wedge Antilles and the Reaper, commanded by Gilad Pellaeon of the Imperial Remnant. The two SSDs hammer each other while the wreckage of the fleet carrier Endurance goes down in flames.

Admiral Hirken defends the Northern Dependencies during the Fifth Alsakan Conflict. This is one of a series of clashes between the planets Coruscant and Alsakan over the leadership of the Republic that took place over the span of 140 centuries almost 17,000 years BBY(before the Battle of Yavin). Star Wars starships look rather different back in those days when shield technology was rudimentary and instead rely on large reflective armor as their main defense.

Of the ten pieces I did for Warfare I think this is my favorite one. This scene takes place at the Battle of Kashyyyk during the Second Galactic Civil War where Galactic Alliance forces clash with Confederate forces made up of Bothans, Wookies, Hapans and the Jedi Order. The battle rages around the Anakin Solo, commanded by Jacen Solo (secretly Darth Cadeus), as she bombards the planet surface of Kashyyyk from orbit with her forward long-range turbolasers.

Other things to note in this piece is the never-before-seen Wookie Owool Interceptors making attack runs on the Anakin Solo and the Stealth X fighters flown by Jaina Solo and the Jedis in the foreground. There are also some XJ3/XJ5 X-wings flying about and for those who are wondering about the Mon Calamari Cruiser, yes, it is an MC90 class.

This is one of my favorite pieces from the Galactic Civil War era. This battle, which took place after the destruction of the first Death Star but before the events of Empire Strikes Back, was an elaborate ambush set by Vader and the Empire to destroy the Alliance leadership along with its fleet. Under overwhelming odds the Rebels would've fled to a designated location where they would regroup, but had they done that they would have found another Imperial fleet waiting for them. The fleet instead dispersed and made random jumps to avoid being completely annihilated. The Alliance almost lost the entire fleet from this battle but enough survived to carry on the fight and eventually make a comeback at the Battle of Endor.

This battle is recounted in the Star War comic "Rebellion: My Brother, My Enemy".

Hi guys! This is a new set of 12 artworks I did for the new Star Wars Essential Reader's Companion. Although the dateline for this book was a lot tighter it nevertheless was an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

As with the last book I will be posting them in the order of sequence as it appears in the Reader's Companion. Enjoy!

This was another piece that was done purely for the fans. It's from Force Heretic of the New Jedi Order series and it shows the Jedi Expedition led by Grand Master Luke Skywalker exchanging cordial gestures with former enemy and renown Imperial ace pilot, Baron Soontir Fel. He's one of my favorite EU characters mostly because he's an upstanding Imp and the Empire's equivalent of Alliance ace, Wedge Antilles, whom I love.

Fel here is part of the Chiss Expansionary Defense Force but was also formerly a commanding officer in Thrawn's Empire of the Hand before its dissolution....or absorption by the Chiss Ascendancy. The Jedis are on the Chiss homeworld of Csilla and they are on an expedition in search of the mysterious sentient planet, Zonama Sekot, which they believe is the key to defeating the Yuuzhan Vong.

Second in a series of three ultra-obscure Star Wars fan art pieces. :stormtrooper:

This is K'Kruhk, a character who appeared in several Dark Horse Star Wars comic books. He's become something of a fan favorite because he's a survivor and he's wearing a cool hat. Really, that's pretty much it.

:pointr: More Star Wars stuff in my Star Wars gallery. :jedi:
