This is an original character from an awesome Naruto fanfic story by blackcatgirl called Spider Thread. That can and should be found here because it's an amazing read:

www.fanfiction.net/s/9925963/1…

I've sort of been scared to do anything after the amazing response I got from Hawthorn's Butterfly because not only is it my best work so far, but I've never had that many people favourite one of my pieces before. So it made me a bit nervous to do anything because I know it wouldn't compare. I'm hoping that by making this I'm breaking out of that and letting myself continue as I was before.

Comment if you love it! :happybounce:

This started out as a simple sketch but ended up being a practice session for my sense of colour and lighting. Turned out quite alright in my opinion.

Done in photoshop cs. Comments and crits are welcome.

A piece I recently finished. Since I joined the IFS team I decided to do this tribute piece to one of Artgerm's characters, Pepper.

I went for a rather different colour palette to what I'm used to; a little more cheery and poppish to my usual stuff. Done in photoshop CS.

Crits and comments appreciated.

My first deckplan commission! This was done for ~BaronSaber of his (heavily) modified YT-1300, The Saracen Saber.

I had a rough plan to work with on this, so the layout was already envisioned - I just made sure that it follows standard design elements featured in the stock YT-1300 to make for a more convincing deckplan. The kind Baron was very supportive all the way through the plan's creation, keying me into exactly what was required and why! I hope he enjoys it as much as I did making it!

The plan view of the ship visible beneath my deckplan is by ~kavinveldar

Design sketch for alternate "Slave Leia" costume (from Return of the Jedi). Photoshop.

There was a design topic for alternative versions of Leia's infamous slave girl costume, and my idea was that a space gangster's slave girl's costume would be no costume at all. And Leia is in this case played by Olivia Munn rather than Carrie Fisher. :)

a WIP of a Darth Revan companion piece to Vader in the Galaxies promo. Strangely enough this is the first Darth Revan I've done since I first created him for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic all those years ago. May do more in future, some Sith Troopers, maybe even a Darth Malak rethink. For the record I loathe the original Malak design, and thankfully wasn't responsible for it, but Revan I thought turned out well

Hello there beautiful! Make sure you follow me on Facebook!

______________________________________________

Hey everyone! Long time no see!

This is an illustration I did for Magic: The Gathering's upcoming Avacyn Restored set, it was spoiled this weekend so I can finally show it!

I've been working solo for MtG for about a year now, many more cards on their way that I'll be able to upload sooner or later.

For now I hope this you like. Sorry for the lack of activity recently, I've been pretty busy with work so I don't have a lot of showable personal work. That'll hopefully change too though!

Steps!

See you guys!

A great artist died today.

A man whose skill at turning ideas into visuals that could excite even the most cynical Hollywood producer and get them to green-light a film called Star Wars.

A man who was a true inspiration to myself and many others.

Rest in Peace, Ralph McQuarrie. Your voice may no longer be heard in our world but you leave behind a legacy of beautiful work that will never leave us.

Hi guys! This is a new set of 12 artworks I did for the new Star Wars Essential Reader's Companion. Although the dateline for this book was a lot tighter it nevertheless was an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

As with the last book I will be posting them in the order of sequence as it appears in the Reader's Companion. Enjoy!

This was another piece that was done purely for the fans. It's from Force Heretic of the New Jedi Order series and it shows the Jedi Expedition led by Grand Master Luke Skywalker exchanging cordial gestures with former enemy and renown Imperial ace pilot, Baron Soontir Fel. He's one of my favorite EU characters mostly because he's an upstanding Imp and the Empire's equivalent of Alliance ace, Wedge Antilles, whom I love.

Fel here is part of the Chiss Expansionary Defense Force but was also formerly a commanding officer in Thrawn's Empire of the Hand before its dissolution....or absorption by the Chiss Ascendancy. The Jedis are on the Chiss homeworld of Csilla and they are on an expedition in search of the mysterious sentient planet, Zonama Sekot, which they believe is the key to defeating the Yuuzhan Vong.

Kyle Katarn and Jerec duke it out at the Valley of the Jedi in Ruusan. This scene is from one of my favorite Star Wars game franchises, Dark Forces. Though I have to admit that Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight is the only one in the series I've not actually played through. Nevertheless I do find it baffling that Kyle was able to defeat Jerec even after he was imbued with the power of many Jedis. I know gameplay factor had alot to do with this but perhaps there's a canon explanation of how Kyle Katarn overcame the supposedly "invincible" Sith that I'm not aware of.

An Entechment in process from the Truce At Bakura novel. The space raptors are called Ssi-ruuk and there are the ones torturing and sucking the life out of that the poor Imp officer using a contraption called an Entechment rig. The "life-energy" extracted is used as a power the Ssi-ruuk war-machine. The other human in the scene is Dev Sibwarra, using the force to calm the victim down. One of the few creepy scenes in the Star Wars universe IMO.

This scene is from the book Allegiance. Mara Jade is the Emperor's Hand here and is being questioned by Darth Vader about a group of rogue stormtroopers. Jade pretends that they are with her and calls them the Hand of Judgement, her own personal stormtrooper guard.

This scene is found in a short story by Timothy Zahn called Mist Encounter and its one of my favorite fan pieces. Here Captain Voss Parck of the Victory Class Star Destroyer, Strikefast, and Colonel Barris meets Mitth'raw'nuruodo (Thrawn) for the first time. Following this event Thrawn joins the Empire and eventually becomes the Grand Admiral we all know and love, and also founder of the Empire of the Hand.

If you look closer you'll also notice that the clone troopers are wearing hybrid, transitional armor, a combination of phase II and the new stormtrooper armor.
