So now for something completely different ^^! As an Anthro artist that generally sticks with the more traditional..or perhaps overused species *o*, this has been a very interesting commission for me ^.^! It's always great to try something new, so it's perhaps something you might find change about my work ^^!
Thanks to Dolphinwarrior for commissioning me, I'm very, very glad you like it!
...for those who like my 'usuals', nevar fear, I've got so much WIP I could poop myself!
Pi'Kusha: Oh, hello my Dear~ Doing some boring experiments again? Incen-Dra: Ähm...well...
*still giggles* Gosh, I love this pictrue so much. xD It's the first couple-picutre from my Khajiit Pi'Kusha and my boyfriend's Argonian Incen-Dra (and generely his first picture) They aren't Skyrim exclusiv, because we use them in all The Elder Scrolls games and their original story takes place some years before the events in Skyrim. And as you can guess, Pi'Kusha is the most activ part in the relationship. xD Incen-Dra is a battle-mage and so, he likes to study a lot and also does some alchemistic experiments. Because Pi'Kusha thinks he does too much boring work, she tends to distract him.
I REALLY enjoyed coloring this one, it made so much fun. x3 I was unsure, if I could draw the scales from Incen-Dra good (because my incy wanted to have it a bit more detailed), but I'm glad I did it. :3 Aaand the armor was a little pain, but I also think that looks good. xD
Incen-Dra: Pi'Kusha, where are my lioncloths? Pi'Kusha: *smirks* Well, when you do me a little favour I will give them back to you. Incen-Dra: *sighs* Do we have to do this every morning? Pi'Kusha: *chuckles* You know I wouldn't have to do this, if you wouldn't be so grumpy in the morning. Incen-Dra: *rolls his eyes, but then smiles* Okay, then I will do a little 'favor', my dear.
I really love how GalooGameLady draws our The Elder Scrolls Chars, so I asked her to draw them again, this time Pi'Kusha teasing incen-Dra a bit more. :3 The little censoring is really funny, even not necessary, because Incy and I have the head-canon that the private parts of Argonian is hidden. I changed Pi'Kusha color sheme juuuust a little bit, let's see if I will stick with it, same with Incen-Dra. xD
Hey everyone! Got down to drawing a bit(been busy but yaaay something to post!), and this is the result! Again, my Argonian OC Kiirsatr. How original~ But, he is a little wilder than usual in this picture, which is a side I don't normally draw. It was fun though! This is why you don't piss the guy off, haha.
The bubbles were rather experimental, I don't usually draw them and when I do, they're never leaving an open mouth in a FLOOD, so tell me what you guys think!
*Daedrician* This title comes from the name of Daedric armor, from game: TESV:Skyrim. I think it's the best looking available armor in this game. That's why i draw it. So Deadrician is name for this character.
Everything painted in PS CS5 with Wacom + my own BG with paper texture
This guy is from The Elder Scrolls IV - Oblivion new plugin The Shivering Isles. He is Sheogorath, the daedric prince of Madness, the ruler of The Shivering Isles. The Isles is more or less divided in two - Mania (silly, happy, colorful, mental madness) and Dementia (cruel, sadistic, grey, more physical madness), and the two sides represent Sheogorath's divided personality. Here in this picture the background colors represent the same thing.
This painting took a really long time to finish, and by the end I was really pissed off with all the details in his outfit, and kind of hurried the embroidery and the gauntlets. They don't look as good as they could, but they were really driving me insane so I just wanted to get it over with...
Another wild roo I got to photograph, it's now been over a year since I took this. How time flies and I've realised I haven't really posted that many photos for you all lately! Hope you enjoy this one though.
Pic taken in the Victorian bush near Inglewood. Print available upon request.
Thank you in advance for all 's I'm sorry I can't reply to all of them but appreciate every one
My mum found him in our garden. Newborn, can't even open his eyes. She nearly stepped on him, if he hadn't been making these tiny weak batscreeching noises. He's the most adorable thing ever! We fed him goat's milk and he started clinging on to things and he dangled upside down, he now lives with us in a shoebox until he's old / well enough to fly away. We still don't quite know what to with him though. [link][link][link]
UPDATE: I've been receiving a lot of helpful comments / advice on taking care of bats, or not at all, but a few things: 1) after a few odd comments I realised it's a FLYING FOX, (ALSO A TYPE OF BAT) oh technicalities 2) Where I live, bats / flying foxes dropping in our garden isn't a common occurrence, we don't have local wild animal rescue centers, I don't even think we have an official one in the country, but I'm trying to look through this confusing website I just found. 3) We would seek professional help if there was one to seek, we're still looking. 4) I AM NOT BY ANY MEANS A PROFESSIONAL AT HANDLING BATS / FLYING FOXES, given that this is currently on the front page, PLEASE DO NOT FOLLOW WHAT I AM DOING IF YOU FOUND A WILD ANIMAL TOO, I MAY BE HANDLING THIS WRONG, do your research or seek professional help!
UPDATE 2.0: Comments disabled for now because I have had enough recurring advice / help / unhelpful. I appreciate all advice but I don't want to explain what I can or cannot do in each individual reply.
Finally managed to get one of these done. I got into this whole phase into drawing people like this, since they're a lot of fun and one can really go crazy with poses. So here is a Devil May Cry fanart, since I've been watching Josh play this game. I was bored with him one morning in class and he said, 'hey, why don't you draw the characters from the game?' and this was the result. The thing that's a little bit different with this is that it's done 100% in photoshop. The sketching, concept, and coloring all done in that bad boy...like the Nurse Lacey piece.
Josh helped me out big time with the background, since I was plum out of ideas once I got to that point. Not to mention helping me refine this further with detail (take a look at those sexy cracks on the ground!).
EDIT Re-did the names with a computer font to get rid of my crap handwriting, also added a little description of each of their "spheres" which are essentially what each has dominion over. I couldn't shorten Mephala's to less than 3 words, so I just used her nickname. Some are misaligned due to me not planning this ahead.
Yes there's no Jyggalag, I didn't forget him, I just felt he threw off the symmetry. 17 doesn't divide well.
Also, Peryite is listed as order, yes, I know, pestilence blah blah Jyggalag, but that wasn't leaned on very heavily until Skyrim, and this was made 10 days before it came out. Meanwhile in Oblivion he goes on about order and in the guide to the daedra it says "Peryite, whose sphere is the ordering of the lowest order of The Oblivion"
HUGE picture. Probably my largest undertaking ever.
In anticipation for Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, I wanted to draw all 16 Daedric princes (for some reason even the girls are called princes...) as separate drawings, then I realize that's really time consuming, and they actually look pretty sweet in Chibi form. The designs are mixed, some are based on Daggerfall, others on Oblivion, others combine bits of both.
I was going to put brief descriptions, but instead I'll just link to here imperial-library.info/content/… it's a good reference. Even if you don't play the game, the mythology is pretty fun. Get enough interest and you'll start working their influence into crossovers you'll never have time to write.
I don't think I'll ever be able to draw a serious picture of Nocturnal now though, with the kitty face I think adorable is the only way to go.
These are my two Skyrim dovahkiins that I finally decided to draw since I play skyrim for a week and then dont play it for months... thats how I roll.
First is Akira, my main Imperial Battlemage, that is kinda cowardly for a hero, and perhaps a little bit of a racist. But on the end of the story (the quests in skyrim) she becomes brave and saves the world... and well all of skyrim players know the feeling. I have the full Daedric set on her, enchanted so my destruction spells cost nothing, but I drew her in the Ancient Nord Armor because I like it a lot and I like drawing it :3 Also like most characters she is married to Farkas, because she wants to feel smart once in a while :3 (im a horrible person) And she is sided with the Imperials obviously
Second is Lilith (original name strikes again)my Dark elf, a character i started playing recently and the best armor I have on her is the Nightingale Armor (which is one of my favourite armors in game) so she is a Nightingale now. Her class is a Night Blade (an assassin and thief that uses magic ) since in every game i prefer mages. Im still building her as a character so not much about her. She doesnt have a husband yet nor a side but my Brynjolf senses are tingling.
This drawing took me longer than It should but Im glad im done. However I have 4 more Skyrim characters (that i'll prooly never play) so Ill draw two at a time to complete my collection Hope you like it
