Taking a short break from commissions for a bit, to give you this picture I colored recently. Here are some lovely ladies from the series Fairy Tail: the redhead is Erza Scarlet, the blonde is Lucy Heartfilia, and they have gotten themselves caught up in a large-scale kidnapping plot by an enemy who shrinks and seals his captives in magical bottles. This is a small sample from another one of my planned comic/story projects, of which I have been doing off and on in between my other work.

And remember, every time someone says they don't believe in tape gags, somewhere there's a little bondage fairy that drops down dead.

I’ve been seeing characters from my all time favorite movies being shown together, but I was shocked when Toothless was left out! I mean him and Hiccup are two parts of the same whole, haha. Any-who, this is what I have been doodle-ling while listening to the Soundtrack of all four movies.

Yay! My first Sailor Moon picture on DA!!

I started to LOVE Sailor Moon when I was little. I have a collection of her books, figures, key chains, and dolls. And I have been drawing Sailor Moon ever since elementary school.

My doctor requested me to draw her something REALLY nice after my appointment with her, so I drew and painted Sailor Moon and her cat, Luna. I couldn't add Tuxedo Mask in the picture because there was not enough room.

I used a camera to shoot this, not the scanner due to its bigger size. On the other hand, I LOVE how everything in this picture turned out!

Now I made a list of drawings I did asking the people on Da which one they want to see me post. The Serena and Darien one was the first to get picked. So after spending a good deal of time on the eyes alone. I finally got it done!

I'll be posting a full colored Obi-wan and Satine drawing next. I just got to a scanner and I'd like to post some of the new stuff I did.

Sailor Venus...in the anime she is ok but in the manga...meh i simply don't like her, i just think Jupiter is better as a leader.Not her.
I'll re do Sailor Pluto and then i'll start the Eternal forms I can't wait

What's this? Something kind of canon?

On the left is a young, not-quite-Queen-yet Serenity as Sailor Moon, and her daughter Usagi, the future Sailor Moon.

I've seen quite a few "generation charts" in my DA feed lately, which got me to wondering - how did Usagi, who has blonde hair and blue eyes, and Mamoru, who has black hair and blue eyes, produce an offspring with pink hair and red eyes?

My answer is that the "pink hair gene" comes from Queen Serenity, and the "red eye gene" must come from Usagi's father or Mamoru's parents.

Phoebe: an honored priestess on the Moon Kingdom who raised the incarnation of the goddess Selene; it is from the traditional hair ornaments of the priestess at her temple that the moon dynasty acquired its odangos

Queen Serenity: that would be our original moon queen, the incarnation of the goddess Selene and mother of Sailor Moon; she saw the advent of the Silver Millenium and carried the starseed of Sailor Moon

Tsukino Usagi Neo Queen Serenity: our Usagi; reincarnated on earth, she brought the Crystal Millenium to its fruition and mothered two daughters

Tsukino Usagi Princess Lady Serenity (Chibiusa): she takes the mantle of Sailor Moon when her mother can no longer transform; is betrothed as a young adult to the priest of Elysion; she is smart, sassy, and kind-hearted

Tsukino Kousagi First Princess Endymion: second child of Neo Queen Serenity, named for her father and is the family beauty, though lacks in intelligence and grace

Chiba-Tsukino Usagi Queen Celine ('Sagi): Lady Serenity's child, who, named for the goddess, succeeds the throne after Neo Queen Serenity retires from rule

Usako Second Princess Sileny: Princess Endymion's child, born with the starseed of Sailor Earth; she is the youngest and latest warrior among the senshi who guard the solar system; nick-named "the Duchess"

Usagi Princess Imbrium: Celine's elder daughter and crown princess; she never marries, and has no children

First Princess Seren: Celine's second daughter; she becomes a priestess of Elysium

Got the idea for this after watching Sailor Moon Super S episode 159 where everyone tried to figure out who Chibiusa's boyfriend is -- even Mamoru who hardly EVER does anything silly. Definitely one of my favorite Mamoru moments. I thought it was really cute how he became all father-y and protective about it...though a little more so in the English dub when he said things like, "I wanna have a talk with him" or "--But this is my only daughter!" That's one of the few things I like about the dub -- they really made the parent relationship between Mamoru/Usagi and Chibiusa a lot cuter than the original, like for example, with Chibiusa calling Mamoru "daddy-kins" and him calling her "pumpkin". It's adorable.

Anyways, with that thought, I figured a protective dad like him would take this sort of approach if he did ever meet Helios as her boyfriend in some...alternate universe where he could live with normal people. Yeah, I imagine Mamoru wouldn't be thrilled. (And he doesn't even know that Helios has kissed his daughter several times, hung out every night in her room throughout the Super S series, and even saw her shirtless once!)

Okay, so those that watch me know about my "Dark Moon Serenity" idea.

For those that don't, here's the basic run-down:

Prince Diamond succeeded in brain-washing Usagi, creating Dark Moon Serenity, codename Peridot. Then Wiseman got his hands on her and further "tainted" her. However, the combination completely backfired on them both. Dark Moon Serenity basically took over the Dark Moon Kingdom and built herself a harem. In it are Prince Diamond, his brother Prince Sapphire, and Prince Endymion (renamed Prince Azure).

She has a kid with each of them - The one holding her wrist is the eldest daughter, Princess Topaz. Her father is Diamond. The purple one is the youngest daughter, Princess Amethyst. The one that looks like Wicked Lady is Azure/Endymion's daughter, Princess Garnet.

Topaz hates them all. She is Wiseman's tool, and wants nothing more than to destroy her mother and her half-sisters.

Garnet hates Amethyst, all three father-figures, and Topaz. She is loyal to her mother only, and harbors less-than-familial desires for the woman (similar to Chibi-Usa wanting to marry Mamoru).

Amethyst, by contrast, loves/likes everyone but Garnet. She feels threatened by Garnet.

DM!Serenity isn't truly capable of love, but she does like Amethyst and Garnet the best. Of her harem, she's not all that fond of Azure/Endymion, had a great sexually charged relationship with Diamond, and is content with Sapphire.

Serenity hurried up the glowing staircase. She'd spent more time with Endymion than she'd originally intended, and now she was rushing to return to the Moon before the Inner Senshi woke up. She'd left as soon as she saw the dawn light on the horizon. If the sun rose while she was still on the Earth, then she wouldn't be able to return for an entire day since the Mirror Staircase vanished with the coming of the sun.

She stumbled on the hem of her dress, and gathered the many layers of folds into her hand. She'd had no time to change out of her wedding dress before leaving for the Earth. Jupiter had insisted that she try it on before they went to sleep, since the wedding would happen in less than a month. Serenity hated that. She wanted to marry Endymion, but he was already engaged to Lady Beryl of the Elision Court, and she herself was engaged to the young emperor of the Black Moon clan. She hated disapointing her mother, but she didn't want to marry the young emperor. Oh, if only she could have another chance at love.

Serenity sighed, then continued hurrying up the staircase of a thousand steps. Soon the sun would rise and the moon would set. She would have to wait until tomorrow night to see Endymion again, perhaps longer if the Senshi suspected that she had traveled to the Earth. She hurried off, unaware of the shadow that watched her from one of the mirrors.

Saturn looked on as the Moon Princess ascended the steps, the crescent moon on her forehead glowing brightly. Soon she would be needed. She could sense that the end of both the Moon Kingdom and Elision was drawing near, she only hoped that she could give Serenity another chance. Serenity, the only person to truly accept her, the only person willing to spend time with her. Serenity had often visited Saturn when she was a child. They had talked and laughed together, and Serenity had cried on Saturn's shoulder when she learned that visiting the Earth was forbidden. Saturn wished that she could go back to those times, before the Council of the Moon Kingdom had decreed that Serenity was not to visit any of the Outer Senshi again. She knew that the other Outers missed Serenity just as much as she did, and that they often cried at their lonely posts, with no one there to comfort them.

Soon...soon the end would come...and then a new beginning.

I thought the picture needed a story to go with it. I'm fairly happy with how it came out, considering how small the line art was. Someday I might update the picture to include Saturn's reflection in one of the mirrors, but for now you'll just have to imagine she's there.

Been working on those Sailor Moon Commissions. :3

On ShinningMoon forum we had a talk about it would be funny to see Sailors in clothes they don't usually wear - [link] . And drew adorable sporty Michiru... after that I also offered to make a drawing and here it is!
Usagi - quite formal/elegant look. Long pants. (she is thinking "I'm looking so MATURE!")
Ami - Sailor SOLDIER!
Rei - she has got a lot of different clothes and is looking good in almost everything, but I don't remember seeing her in country/western clothes
Makoto - pseudo gothic/punk cheesy look!
Minako - she is hip-hop queen now. Feels suprisingly comfortable.
Haruka - it was too easy, heh. XD
Michiru - sporty, but she still looks elegant (as always)

Bo na ShinningMoon mieliśmy rozmowę o strojach Sailorek, że fajnie by było je zobaczyć w innych ciuchach niż zazwyczaj i zrobiła słodki rysunek z koszykarką Michiru... Pomyślałam, że także mogę coś takiego zrobić, ale z prawie wszystkimi dziewczynami... voila!

Nie ma Sestuny, bo jako, że podróżuje w czasie itp. trudno mi wymyślić jakieś ubranie, którego prawdopodobnie nie nosiła. ChibiUsy i Hotaru również nie narysowałam, bo są za młode by określić ich styl ubioru, jedynie bym im kolory mogła zmienić (Hoti w bardziej pastelowych ciuszkach, ChibiUsa w ciemniejszych), ale fasony by były podobne do tego co noszą... To by było mało spektakularne.
