The werewolf had proven to be an extremely uncooperative prisoner. Lancelot glanced back at Bedivere who was busy dragging the snarling blue beast through the loose dirt and grime that covered the cobbled pathway as they slowly made their way through the forest that surrounded the lake. Black spots swam in front of his eyes as he fought to get them to open. He immediately regretted this action as a blazing sun hovering just a few feet from his face blinded him; Sonic could feel the heat coming off of it.
"Urgh…." The hedgehog moaned as he batted weakly at the annoying light as if he could knock it away.
Sonic blinked a few times and got some relief as his eyes adjusted. Apparently, as the hedgehog could clearly now, it wasn't a sun hanging over his face. It was actually a light bulb. Then as his vision returned fully he watched the single bulb of light focus and br

The werehog's body trembled with hate for the smug human standing opposite of him. Every fiber of his being was screaming at him to kill the man responsible for his torture and even Sonic's rational side wanted payback for all the lives that Eggman had ruined by starting this rebellion. But, Sonic stayed back knowing that one threatening gesture and Merlina would be dead. Normally, Sonic would have doubted any fatal threats that the Doctor made but this time the werehog saw something not quite right in Eggman's eyes. He's finally gone over the edge.
