SKYFALLOne word: Awesome.More Like This
I can safely say that I did not enjoy Quantum of Solace and went to this movie with mixed feelings, despite hearing so many good things about it. I was all the more thrilled when the movie kicked off with a bang: Bond in the middle of a job, with spectacular action scenes that were actually comprehensible. Unlike QoS, we actually saw who hit what, who shot, who got hit and most importantly where the hell they went. We didn't have a million cuts per second and a camera that shook as if we were experiencing an earthquake. Although the cuts were still faster than I'd liked, they contributed to the action rather than messing it up. By the time the title song piped up, I was really enjoying myself.
The song itself I'd heard before, of course, and it didn't loose any of its power. This is probably going to be my favorite 007-song. I like how the Bond-theme got incorporated into the song and how it moves from a soft, quiet piano to a full orchestra. At first I asked myse
