Got a good timing for the weather - I just wish it hadn't been so shaky on th edges (and as well my mediocore photo shoot skills). I hope with editing and shriking it looks fine enough (I've an alternate but it's a bit blurry).

Photo taken at the Leibniztemple* in the Georgengarten near the Herrenhausen Gardens (Hanover).
And no worries, drawings will come today (at midnight, though)

* Being interested for more? Look up for here: [link] & [link]

Photo Model : Rollei Apogon (and I'm surprised it still works though it's almost damaged)

Also no watermark given this time since I think it isn't worthy for it (yet).

Buildings
:iconlovely-revolution:
Collection by
A ground perspective of the Moscow State Historical Museum, which is part of the building complex that delimits Moscow's Red Square.

Despite its obvious intense red colour and harsh past, the qualifier "Red" is misinterpreted by most foreigners that associate it as communist or blood related, however the adjective was born from the word "Krasnaya" or beautiful in old Russian which is similar to the word "krasny" or red.

The square is definitely the best spot of Moscow. Its size and its majestic buildings is breathtaking, just as this museum.

Although rare, for me at modern or urban settings, I think sometimes this awe effect is what keeps our zest for life flowing, in other words, it is where life has all the meaning and where our human essence floats out from the depths of oblivion.

Tech details:
- I had a hard time trying to get those blues, it might look false because I added extra tint, contrast and a diagonal tinted gradient.
- Added sharpness to promote textures in the building (bricks and corners)

Basicly a black and white conversion of [link].

B & W works like a charm for architectural photography so it was a must to convert it. I hope that you like this version too.

Thank you and happy new year!

The Pasig river promenade along the Makati - Mandaluyong river banks.

Sometimes, when sunlight struggles against the encompassing darkness of the night, we get some of the most beautiful and ethereal light shows in the most unlikely of places.

Now admittedly.. my neck of the woods is very urbanized. And that river in the photo is the Pasig River. In 1990, it was considered "biologically dead" and fishing has been prohibited up until half a decade ago. Now the river is in the brisk of its rehabilitation and one can see it's progress. It's been a slow uphill struggle to bring a once heavily polluted river, or as it was once called "an oversized sewage canal", but more than 2 decades of slow rehabilitation, you can actually see its progress.

With ecocentric communities and projects being developed on its banks, the dusk lighting from the setting suns puts an eerie glow of hope that this river shall be brought to life just as it once did, supporting communities along its banks just after the 2nd World War.

Masaya is a shield volcano located 20 km south of Managua, Nicaragua. It is Nicaragua's first and largest National Park, and one of 78 protected areas of Nicaragua. This hosts Masaya caldera, formed 2500 years ago. Masaya continually emits large amounts of sulfur dioxide gas (from the active Santiago crater) and volcanologists study this (amongst other signs) to better understand the behavior of the volcano and also evaluate the impact of acid rain and the potential for health problems.

There is a cross "La Cruz de Bobadilla" on the edge of the crater since the 16th century in order to exorcise the devil.

That's what you can see if you do some summer walk in my region : a huge herd of fluffy sheep grazing on our french volcanoes ( La Chaîne des Puys ).
This late june sunset was quite the perfect moment to capture them and the silhouette of volcanoes in the background, with a beautiful warm light and a nice display of clouds.
