The young charcoal colored tom was passing through the Neutral lands. The day was still young, quiet early in fact. The snow seemed to last for days… at least, it hadn’t quite stop since that fateful night at the gathering. Kronk had attended himself and it didn’t last very long… however, the sky battle that started since was still on-going. The never-ending snow didn’t bother him much, he was a fire-triber, and his coat was thick too, almost like he was built for such weather. He had also eaten his fill before the snowfall so he gained weight to last him the winter, not like animals that hibernate but he could starve and not actually starve to death. However, how long must this battle go on…? The cats were suffering and trouble was roaming all parts of the tribe’s lands. Not only were exiles given back their powers, but the powers themselves had been so… unstable.

With a small nod of her head, Akiko turned from her leader and began to pad down the winding tunnels that made up the Shadow Tribe Camp, his dual coloured eyes sliding over the grey rocks. It was interesting, Akiko thought, that she should gain an apprentice after only being in the Tribes for a few moons, as well as having only just returned from taking refugee in Light Tribe from the one whom had called himself Alriyel, above cats who had more experience and age in the Tribes. Akiko didn't question it though, accepting the new responsibility from the white cat without complaint. The orange shadow wasn't ecstatic at the fact she now had a young cat to mentor, nor was she disgruntled. It was merely another task appointed to her.
Yin. Akiko remembered the kitten from the gathering, a dark coloured she cat with little fur and noticeably large ears, reminding Akiko of a bat more than a cat. Interesting. And recognisable at least.
