3/20/2012 Major Edit:A huge thanks to AwesomeAltArt on Tumblr for posting the Two Sides series and sending so many followers my way *__*. It reminded me that I needed to update this pic. Made a bunch of changes including some fixes to Katara's hand/face and some adjustments to create a better range of color. Her skin is now closer to the proper tone. I'm not sure what happened the first time around; I'm pretty sure I grabbed the skin color right from a screenshot, but she ended up looking pale as death after all the lighting adjustments I made XD.
I caught a little cold, so while staying home today I started on and finished Katara's illustration in the Two Sides series. It was fun, and surprisingly the angle didn't trouble me as much as I thought it would. The hands, though, were a pain -- and they still don't look quite right .
This concept might seem a bit morbid, I just realized, lol. But if you prefer, pretend the red water is a trick of the light... or grape juice. It's entirely metaphorical anyway .
It's been a while since I posted anything, so here's a bunch of sketches I worked on today.
I wanted to get some extra drawing practice in this morning and once it felt like I was on a roll I decided to just keep drawing for the rest of the day XD. If you ever feel like you're "in the zone" when you're drawing, I highly recommend an extended rapid-fire sketch session .
And then it kind of... developed... into this. Friggin' demon -_-
Yes, it's Akira. Since his chest tattoo has been nicely inked and coloured and everything I figured I should do the same for the back one. Anatomy practise for the win... as well as light effects... and that odd angle of the head. Nevertheless... well... I can't really say I'm disappointed with the result
Characters from this RPG: Mitya, the oh so adorable little vampire psycho Akira, my gorgeous fire demon :3 Morgan, my redhead exorcist who unfortunately isn't on paper yet ^^' Caleb, my stalkative devil of a werewolf Joshua, exorcist recruit and oh so cute ^_^ Elijah, the lawyer who's probably among the most annoying ones here... Lael, the albino vampire and scientist Most of the group can be seen here though __________________________
And no, a naked person doesn't automatically mean it's perverted. Still, anyone feel offended and want to to put mature content filter on it?
She´s my dearest Astrid. The same face from[link] now in sunlight but as beautiful as ever. YES I DID some PS manipulation in her skin, because I wanna differentiate this image from the other picture, made in studio with one harsh light, an a LOT of textures. Glad to read your posts!!!
Not everything looks good >_< I'm still bad with lighting and overall story telling. This time I've decided to draw everything from scratch (the pose was made in 3d) and then at the very end reinforce it with textures. I like this workflow more than pure photobash. Aaaaand i'm still waiting for my payday to get dat new wacom Q.Q
I was thinking about doing adoptables o.o but would it work with my style too?
I have a similar piece of Advent children that was selling particularity well at conventions ( [link] ), so I wanted to do an updated piece: TA DA!
I think I'll re-tackle this image in a month or two (in preparation for Chicago Wizard world) any suggestions on tweaks? I thought maybe the Shinra building faintly in the back, some glowy floaty things or such?
EDIT: you ask, and you shall receive. this is now wallpaper size
Yi Well the text is kinda hard to read,[link] this will help you out if you cant really read the text XD Bet if you can read what write on the stamp (the red thingy in the corner) XD So much fun doing this piece, especially the stamp ~~~~~ P.s : i got another verson for this piece [link] Here is the stock picture [link]
This took me quite a while... I'd never really bothered to do a more detailed vector before (not that this is too detailed, but it is huge, so it was an experience. It all started with me not wanting to directly use a picture of someone in something...
The guy wasn't as ugly as he looks in the vector. I'll fix that face when I have the chance. Faces are hard
Anyways, if anyone wants to use this image, they may, but I require that they either link back to me or at least give me credit for it. If used, please send me a note so that I can see . If you have any questions, ask away.

I have been working with Sanshee and Riot Games and we will be representing League of Legends with two t-shirt designs at PAX Prime this year! This is one of them, featuring one of the heroes Twisted Fate. The other shirt features Teemo! If you're going to PAX be sure to stop by our booth and pick up one of the shirts! We're very excited to be able to bring these and represent Riot Games. We also have some surprises for people who purchase one or both of the League of Legends shirts from us.
