My LionThere's a lion in my dreamsMore Like This
It haunts me every night it seems
And it chases me across the field
It holds me down against my will
And if I choose to fight it then
My heart begins to slow I bend
To fight is useless I don't even try
I stare him down he burns my eyes
Every night it happens again
I'm beaten down by my lion, my lion, my lion
Every night I hide from him
It's hard you see I'm turning grim
I cannot sleep I toss and turn
And in my eyes I feel him burn
It's been so long but he's still there
When I reflect it's not fair
I push and pull myself and then
He pushes back my lion, my lion, my lion, my lion
To talk is useless

The Idiot And The FoolWell the idiot and the fool they danced for sometimeMore Like This
And the idiot was feeling completely sublime
And the fool was too inside of her head
And that's where the both of them laid in their bed
Well no more regrets it's time to follow through
Something that they never thought could be true
Shiny pictures inside of shiny eyes
Cause shiny is perfect just like the blue skies
Well optimisim was holding onto both of their chests
Their minds followed suit and gave them the best
But little things fall and little things fly
And sometimes your own mind doesn't see eye to eye
Well she said "you can't" and he said "You won't let me"
But neither

Giant Lillies. The lillies stand so tall and proudMore Like This
In a row of plants shaped like a cloud
As lizards run across the green
Painting such a lovely scene
The whispy flowers whip around
The large bulbs poke out of the ground
The pure white lillies always stay
No matter the season nor the day
Their bulbs so firmly in the dirt
Their leaves so sharp that they might hurt
Green leaves don't move in the breeze
The gigantc plants stay put with ease
