Jeff was getting really heavy to carry.
"Unngh..." I struggled as I tried to position him properly against my shoulder. I had been supporting him and walking for merely three minutes, yet the freezing rain and his weight made it feel more than an eternity.
I knew we were almost at Carrie's place, it was just a few more houses...a few more...I needed to catch my breath, damn.
I stopped and squatted down, letting Jeff lie on my back. Thankfully there was no one around, or they'd be staring like crazy. I raised a sleeve to wipe my forehead.
A bit more, a bit more to go...I had to pick up my pace for Jeff, he was getting all cold in the downpour, not to mention that he was losing blood as well.
Trying to get him off my back resulted in him lying on the ground.
Not until I grabbed him by the armpits and pulled with all my strength did he JUST come up to a kneeling position.
The logical thing to do now, was to hug him.
After that, stand up, pull him upwards into a standing position, before letting him lie on my front and shuffling to Carrie's in that awkward position.
The only way.
I considered my options. Jeff would probably bleed out by the time I got him on my shoulder. I was too tired. Both of us were drenched, if we delayed any longer we'd both get really sick.
This was so awkward.
"Relax, he's not conscious..." I assured myself. He wouldn't know.
Yet, when I looked into those wide black eyes, I was sure that he'd feel offended that I had...hugged him without his knowledge.
Then again, what he didn't know wouldn't hurt him. In this case though, it would help him, A LOT.
"Sorry Jeff, don't really wanna do this..." Squeezing my eyes shut, my arms gradually reached around his waist. The rain had made his hoodie thinner, I could feel his lean body against my arms. I could feel...scars, and muscle...as I slowly pulled him towards me, I felt his chest against mine, his perfectly toned abs were pressed against me -
I snapped out of it - the hell was I thinking? I didn't even realise that I was blushing hard enough to dry myself off. Feeling guilty for my dirty thoughts, I tried pulling him into a standing position.
Jeff slumped onto me as I bore his full weight. Groaning with exertion I finally managed to make him somewhat stand. His arms were in the way, so I put them around my waist. "Now you definitely aren't the innocent one here," I mumbled as I tried to prop him up higher.
Suddenly, I felt something touching me inappropriately.
"What the fuck if it's a pervert I swear I'll - " Turning my head just to see that Jeff's hands were just drifting from my waist to my ass.
I adjusted his arms again, to be around my waist, but they went down towards my butt, again...and again...
At the fifth try I gave up, and let him just...touch my ass. I would have to bring him to Cassie's house that way, there was no other choice. Contemplating the fact, my face was literally burning with embarrassment.
"Just roll with it, *insert name*." I tried to encourage myself. "Nothing can be done..."
If Jeff had actually wanted to touch me under normal circumstances though......I...I wouldn't refu -
I let out a cry of embarrassment, how could I think things like that?!
Normally when people are embarrassed, they would look down. I did just that.
Ended up burying my face into Jeff's chest.
It felt like we were two lovers embracing in the rain, my arms around his waist, his lips brushing my ear, as if to whisper my name, which would roll out of his mouth like sweet candy...
Would it be okay to let me stay like this for a while more? I wanted to, it felt right,
....I don't know. It seemed like my instinct was telling me to stay here.
"Sorry Jeff..." I pulled Jeff in, tightening my embrace.
"Just a while more."
"The target seems to have stopped moving. " Hoody checked the device again. "It seems that someone is carrying Jeff to another place..." He pushed some buttons and their location popped up on the map on the screen.
"Hey, lemme - " Masky squeezed in in front of Hoody and took the GPS device from him.
"What're you - "
"I need to call Slendy!" Masky paused, before giggling a little at the misuse of his boss' name.
"For what? Give it back, we have to focus on our mission!"
The two grappled with each other fiercely for the phone, when the phone lit up, signaling that a message just came in.
"What'sit say?" Masky asked as Hoody snatched it out of his hands and opened the message, albeit being a little annoyed.
I expect you to have some news in five minutes time. Punishment will be dealt to each of you accordingly if you do not find them by then.
By that, gentlemen, I mean that I will destroy your manga books. I will burn them until there are nothing but ashes left, and that's not all I will do.
Well, what are you waiting for? Stop reading this message and get going, now."
Masky raised his eyebrows.
"This is the longest time since Slendy has been this serious, huh..." He looked questioningly at Hoody, as if expecting some confirmation.
"C'mon, let's go." Hoody mumbled.
"But why is he like that now? He was nice! No threats!"
"He's just worried alright, he tends to get like that sometimes..." Hoody sighed. "I hope Jeff's okay, 'cause if he's not..." He glanced at the furious rain.
"We've got hell from Slenderman."
