The explosion over at the manufacturing plant sent shockwaves all the way to our location, giving the entire team a bit of a surprise. After scoping over the area in full VISR zoom, I realised something had definitely gone wrong, the flames weren't the tell-tale colours of a typical C6 explosive, they more resembled the flames of a small scale, non-radioactive Shiva tactical nuke. I alerted the team.
"Shiva nukes? They're making Shiva's here?" Sounded a disgruntled Clare.
"Confirmed, Shiva tactical warheads" I replied, grimly.
"Fuck me!" Alice cursed.
"Correction, toying with Shiva's. The readings I'm getting suggest Shiva's, but the damage is small scale in comparison to the o familiar" I explained. Just then however a voice came over the captured radio.
"We caught 'em! We caught the Spartans!" The chiselled voice exclaimed.

Serina took off her helmet and shook out her hair. She still had not broken in the Mark-VI she had been given though she was able to keep the ODST helm that came with her original position. She silently missed the rest of the armor even though it was a technological downgrade. She turned to examine Wolf’s black armor. His was only a Mark-V, back when there was no reactive camouflage; however, the personal modifications were excessive.
They had stopped to take a breather in what Serina deemed The Atrium. Fighting to the depths of a Forerunner ruin strained even a Spartan, but they lucked out in finding this oasis. It was a large room, bigger than what they were used to but contained a dais full of various kinds of plants and trees. It also opened out into the central hollow of the structure giving Serina vertigo when she peered into its depths.

Jacob looked back at his sister who looked rather annoyed. He pulled the door open and looked at the alien on the other side. "Greetings, Uncle." Jacob moved out of the way so that the Arbiter could come inside. "I can get my father for you."
The Arbiter shook his head. "I am not here for your parents; I'm here for you and your siblings." He looked down at the twelve-year-old boy. "I want to take you, your brothers, and your sister for a bit of fun."
"Sam, Avery, get your butts down here!" Catherine moved over to hug the Arbiter. The nine-year-old's arms couldn't even go fully around the elite's waist. "Hi, Uncle Arby."
The Arbiter reached down and picked up the little girl. "Hello there, little warrior. How are you today?"
