Ok, so I went a little overboard with this but it’s totally mine!

I wanted to make a pillow for myself, as I’ve sold all of the other ones I’ve made I wanted to push the boundaries and make something gigantic!

The N64 was the first console that introduced me to the Zelda games, so it means a lot to me. I also loved its unique shape and the controller overall was one of the best I’ve ever played on (analog stick ftw)

This is my new gaming pillow, I’ll be using it whilst slouching around playing Animal Crossing :D

Made from:

-Antipil polar fleece in light and medium grey, yellow, green, red and blue
-Embroidered buttons and embroidered letters on the front, shoulder buttons and Z button on the reverse (still practising at circles!)
-Printed cotton logo, with applique edges

Thanks to papa for the photos!

EDIT

:bulletred: This has been shared on so many websites now, I think I've lost count!

Nintendo Life, Tokyopop, CeX, Geeks are Sexy, Obvious Winner, Cheezburger, Retro Game Network, Go Nintendo and many many others! Thanks to all of your for liking and sharing!

Well, haven't my messages just gone insane!
So many people have been asking me about this pillow as it seems to have been featured a lot on sites these past few days. If anyone is interested in a pillow this size or smaller, please note me for more details.

This is exactly how the sword photographs with out any glow effect in post processing.

This is close up of sword hilt, was mostly made by ~Dionysus80. The blade is made out of wood planks glued together with an aluminum rod in the middle. Shaped with a belt sander. The hilt is made out of styrene, MDF, and the guard is made from two casted plastic pieces. ~Dionysus80 made one side, then we made a mold and casted the two sides to make the whole guard. The other hilt pieces are lathed and the end one contains the battery and switch. Painted with automotive paint.

I accidentally hit the sword against something at the con and it has to be repainted....I feel kinda horrible since it was pretty deep and it now has to be repainted the whole thing, bc of the clear coat.

These are the artworks that I spent the most time on, they took me probably 3 or 4 times to get right. IMO these are my best works so they are gonna priced at $27 in my etsy shop. These pieces are made to order so expect 1-3 days for completion, occasionally I may have leftovers from conventions in which case I will send them out immediately. They are made of ironed perler beads, they are pretty durable as long as you don't do stupid stuff with them like sit on them or intentionally try to make them snap. You can hang them on your wall or put magnets on the back of them as they are very light weight. I put a fishing line through each one of them so hanging them up will be a breeze.

Once you make your order, contact me so I know which one you want via email or PM.

All these characters are referenced from AbyssWolf's Card Saga Wars

Starting from the top left..

Ichigo, Sephiroth, Cloud
Morrigan, Link, Rikku, Dante

Gun Nose, designated as KBT10-M, is the upgraded version of Metal Beetle, commonly known as Metabee, in the game Medarot DS, or Medabots DS.

Noir Katze, designated as BCT00-F, is based on black cats and witches.

Gun Nose and Noir Katze are the Japanese names of these Medabots since there is no English translation of the game.
I don't own Medabots or anything related to it.

Hello There!

Arcbeetle from the anime Medabots turned into papercraft!

I know I should have uploaded this a few days ago, but I couldn't make a really fast build. Anyway, there aren't many difficult pieces, just maybe a difficulty with the balance, but it depends on what glue you use.

The .rar contains 1 PDF, 1 PDO and a text file.

This was the megaman i liked the most seeing the images on the net.
It was harder than it looked like.
I had some problems making it... even inverted the position of his arms i think.
But in the end it worked out (but the back have lost some paint).
It is the second part of the christimas gift i ill give to my brother on 2013 (the other is metaur).
Hope u guys like it.

Tip: Let the helmet for last, after u make the face, or it ill be harder to glue the face later (there is one tutorial on the net that explains it).

Just Medabee being cool.

I probably had the urge to draw 'em after I saw the new game, Medarot 7 for 3DS on the jp.nintendo website.
Then I searched for Medabot episodes online, and began watching them.

Psh. I couldn't find any subbed eps, so I went with the dubs, and the voices are hilarious, 'specially Medabees. He don't take shit from nobody.
Kinda disappointing when I watched J-ep 25 and Medabee sounded like a little kid.

I might draw others.

I :heart::heart::heart::heart: Medabots.
The robots are tough to draw, but I think I got the hang of it.
I haven't seen this show in a long long time. Watching it brought back some memories.
When I started watching it, I began to realize that some of the characters are not there.
What happened to Karin and Koji? They're not in the new eps.
Also Henry, what happened to him? Him being the Phantom Renegade is the best. The way how he looks awesome and all, but in the end he drops the medal in the river, fell down a tree, and hit his forehead. Sigh, I miss him and his clumsiness already.
What about Rokusho!? What happened to him?
Also, the Rubber Robo Gang aren't there either. It's like they just gave up and went on with their lives. Not a bad thing really, I actually don't mind that they're not around. The story of bad guys trying to get rare medals would have been like Pokemon how Jessy and James are so obsessed with capturing Pikachu.
BUT!!! More importantly, WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REFEREE!!!? I miss that guy how he just comes out of nowhere and declares Robattle.
Oh, well, at least the story still hasn't lost it's touch. That's why I'll always like Medabots. Their daily routine isn't boring to watch.

P.S: I do NOT own Medabots. Thank you.

I've been watching Medabots a lot that I even tried to draw them in their human version. Though, it's really tough to draw them as real humans, so instead I made them look like humans but still fighting robots. Since they almost look human to me I decided to call them Mortalbots. It sounded strange to me at first, but it works.
Most of the Medabots I draw here are my favorite.
Metabee
Brass
Peppercat
Blakbeetle
Roks
Rokusho

They are all so cool. There are others that I like too, but I didn't have time to draw them, nor did I have time to design them in their human looks. Tho, there are some Medabots that are animals. Like that Phoenix medabot, and that octopus medabot.
I guess I'll design them more animal like.
Either way, enjoy.

P.S: I do NOT own Medabots.

Samantha from Medabots.
I really like her. Sure she's a real bully, and always gets competitive, but deep down she's really sweet, and kind of a coward. I especially like the way her face turns red whenever she's embarrassed about something, and bursts in rage.
I even like the way how she helps people, like when Spike can't get his Medabot back, she dressed up as that Chick seller and helps him figure out how to get his Medabot back.
I also like the fact that she's the type trying to be tough and she takes ballet class.
She's one of my favorite characters in the show.

And now for my pride and joy of this year's pottery class!
I present to you my eternity of work (no not really. he did give me one HELL of a time keeping himself together though)
METABEE!

If any of you remember him at all, you had an awesome childhood.

This guy is both the first two legged, standing figure, and first figure i've made this LARGE.

He's a tad back heavy. In the show, i had duct taped his feet to the table, because apparently people would be sitting at the display tables later that day (stupid idea in my opinion. don't let careless parents and even MORE careless toddlers sit and play with your work man. it just isn't right. I had so many people completely disregard my "DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING BUT THE SKETCHBOOK" sign.) But he can still stand on his own. I only did so as a precaution. Had he have fallen back, his head most certainly would have shattered on the edge of the table. That was not something I think my heart could take after spending so much time working on him.

I think he may have been one of my more popular items. That and the tea set of my 3D works, a lot of people had asked to buy him. Unfortunately, he is not for sale. I'm far too attached to him to want to let him go just yet. maybe some time in the far future though c:>

Some parts didn't come out as good as i had hoped. they warped a little in the kiln here and there. but for the most part, he came out pretty okay.

He's completely hollowed out, from the guns on his head to the bottoms of his feet. I almost thought he would end up whistling if you blew into him XD

He consists of clay and glaze just as the others do. The green for his eyes, called Keylime green i believe, is a new glaze from the company. I wasn't too impressed by it. I probably had too high expectations for it to begin with though.

I do have to state this though. Originally, his head was too heavy to stay connected to the torso, and the torso was not strong enough to support itself when connected to his waist. To solve this problem, I tried a new method of creating a sort of 'skeletal structure' for him. My teacher said she had never seen someone use that type of method. That probably has to do with the fact that people tend not to make figures in her class to begin with. Using a single coil, I made a rod that went from the inside bottom of his skirt, to the inside base of the guns on his head. This created a spinal cord to provide support for the entire body. Still though, the coil alone was not enough. I had to make it stronger by glazing it. About four layers of Emerald green and it had a solid coating of glass to keep it sturdy, which aided it just enough to fully support his body. Its still inside him, where it will remain.

I'd like to hope that that method will help out anyone else who is struggling with supporting their clay figures. c:> without it, i wouldn't have been able to finish him.

Good luck to you! And thank you!
~J.D.

I struggled with this monster for at least 10 hours, from sketch to finish, until I just got sick of it and decided to call it quits. I chose a particularly tricky lighting scheme, which was mid-day, instead of the so called "golden hour", because I wanted this look where it had just rained, so everything is wet and the air is foggy as the sun starts to heat things up. I'll need to study material rendering more. I liked the sketch and the comp though.

Inspired by Morrowind, so that's a giant netch in the background.

The last "panel", by itself:
Morph Ball Rounds Up The Party by JohnSu
With Smash Brothers' release coming up in two days, I felt compelled to make this comic.

This comic was inspired by an old Metroid manga I read years ago in which Samus had a fascination with round things and turning into a ball. I don't think it's canon, but I liked that bit of nonsense.

Some folks say Toon Link should be wearing his blue crayfish shirt. Maybe? But I really like how uncomfortable he looks in this heat. I am a bad man.

Made in Flash
Everybody © Nintendo

EDIT: Okay, I'm going to integrate that last card with the comic, since it appears to help with peoples' understanding much more.

PAG 01 of TWO

YAAY!!! another dream that comes true! since i ever found tout the existence of papercrafts, i have wanted to make my own pattern of these particular, awesome, crystallized dragons from the classic Spyro the Dragon Game!!
i´m not gonna lie, some parts are quite difficult to assemble, specially if you use a thin paper.

I used: La gotita en Gel (kinda like superglue but in gel form) ,
a4 size paper piece of 120 grs(medium weight paper).
i marked every fold with a cutter, to make it look blockier and also to make it easier to assemble.

its not a tutorial, but this may help you kna.deviantart.com/art/cristal…

i do not own the "character" Crystal dragons are (C) Insomniac
