One still evening, in his 70th year, Solomon, son of David, king of the Israelites, sat and contemplated the mysteries of the universe in his parlor. He desired to know the most ancient secrets. Suddenly, straight beneath his feet, he felt a tremor like a Richter 4 earthquake and an enormous toad-like creature emerged. It faced him. Boldly, Solomon demanded t know its name.
