The Warden and Jared... Chp. 3The Warden was walking in the hallway the next day. For some reason, ever since the--well, SECOND incident that happened between him and Jared, Jared hadn't been around Superjail lately. Well, sure, he was IN the jail, but no one ever SAW him, to be exact. He had his left gloved hand stuck in his pocket, and he used his right gloved hand to use his cane to guide him along. The Warden, like some people, liked to eavesdrop on others. A LOT. And since Jared hadn't been around that much, he felt like spying on him or seeing what he was up to... If he was even THERE.

So, he tiptoed to his accountant's office to see the door cracked. He heard Jared's voice, and it seemed like he was talking to someone. The Warden peeked through the crack in the door.
