Jeff slowly and quietly entered the cell. Sheldon spun around to see the young killer. Smiling brightly and hugging him tightly, he thanked Arceus he was safe and unharmed.

Sheldon nodded and motioned Nyx and Zorro to follow. The group of four headed outside where the final test was going to be held. Sheldon took a deep breath swallowing the fear and replacing it with courage.
Dezire smirked seeing her half sister walking up to her. “Sister, you must not do this.”

Once he found the place where his mother and friends were kept inside, he braved through the door. Why wasn’t there any traps? Were they really expecting him for real? This all seemed very odd to the young Lucario. Would anyone this persistent to keep him isolated from his mother and friends set any traps so he wouldn’t get too close to manage to save them? It didn’t make any sense at all to him.

The young trainer walked up to her Lucario. “Sheldon, is everything okay?”
Sheldon sobbed harder and buried his face into his trainer’s chest, tears falling from his eyes, with no sign of stopping. The trainer started to pet her Lucario and hushing him calmly and comfortingly. She already knew what was wrong and she knew what to do.
“Sheldon, I’ll stay here and take care of Daisy and Jack myself. You go out and try to find Dreamiramon. Okay?”
Sheldon looked up at his trainer with his eyes turning from solid rubies to a sudden glass like substance. He nodded slowly. His trainer smiled.

But he still was by nature and by all means a “momma’s boy” and continued to need the comfort and protection from his parents. He tried to train himself to be brave, but it never truly succeeded. The routine would be Dreamiramon nodding her head letting Sheldon know when the twins were napping, he would grab his baby blanket and Lucario plushie his foster mother, Lisa, Chris’s birth mother, had given him. Dreamiramon would sit in a rocking chair from downstairs and wait for Sheldon. He’d come in and sit on her lap with his plush and blanket in his arms as Dreamiamon rocked back and forth singing a lullaby to him as he closed his eyes.
