here we go
the torso in it's full size and as far as i can build it at the moment

again with the building steps :meow:

pic1
again the basement for the torso

pic2+3
the first row front and back
with the attachments

pic4+5
the second and largest row
that long taps are really tricky

pic 6+7
the last and final row before the cap

the hole thing is currently a bit instable (you can imagne)
because i found no way (yet) for a good stabilization

and the cap is a problem of itself
it's like a big A3 piece what i have to glue on at least 20 taps in different angles :worry:

but yesterday i canceled the work on the torso
and started with the arms :)
and in that time i build them, then I'll think of it ;)

to build the lens was really great

it was really worth to think about the building over and over again in the editing

it only takes two days for it :)

Sunset Burner
We have 26 letters in the English alphabet, and although people can usually read them fluently when structured into words and sentences, the art form of graffiti abstracts those letters to a point too wild to be legible. This abstracted-looking piece is built from interlocking letters, bars, and arrows in a complex style called “Wildstyle.” Many artists worldwide are fluent in reading this style of intricate lettering. If at first you can’t read it, there is usually a hint written close by. The color scheme is reminiscent of a dramatic sunset.

Staff Favorite:
“At first glimpse, I instantly loved the vibrant color palette that's simultaneously hot and cool. The wild lettering shape strikes me as old-school yet very modern, futuristic looking even. Then I was baffled by the fact that it's actually legible!

The piece looks like a fierce creative release carved into the air by an urban psychedelic swordsman. It looks very powerful and I will wear it proudly!

As for the collection in general, I find it really great that it's very focused on artistic and community matters and presented in original ways, from simple to very smart and detailed designs.” -- $Thunderstatement

I've moved on to the fifth season, admittedly, but I started this last week in the THROES of Ten fandom so my art might be a little behind my actual progress. It's nigh impossible to resist drawing more of David Tennant and his spindly, bestrip'ed frame.

I am just now realizing that I can post some of the work I've done for, well, work- what a novel idea.

I've been working on and off Kinectimals™ since its pre-Kinect days as "Zoo Live," so I have a lot of art lying around that I'll try to post. This was the expression sheet for the tiger cub, trying to explore how much we could use emotions to drive a player's actions in lieu of blatant on-screen instructions.

God help me, I still love that giggly little tiger at the bottom.

Okay, these are getting more and more complicated, but this one was fun.

Let's be frank- Aladdin is hardly an exercise in historical accuracy. Combine that with Claire knowing veeeery little about historical* Middle Eastern clothing before starting on Jasmine, and you've got yourself a few days of research before digging into this thing.

It took some effort to track down some midriff-baring outfits but BY GEORGE I DID, thank you Persian fashion plates. I now know what sirwal are called (besides Hammer pants), and that Persian women wore some pretty sweet little jackets that I wish I owned.

OH ALSO I DREW A KITTY

I finally finished up my piece for the upcoming Pokemon Battle Royale gallery show and, since a bunch of other artists have been sharing their contributions, I thought I'd post mine!  SEAKING.  That's right.

I guess I've always just had a soft spot for fish Pokemon and their dead, vacant stares- how do they even function in a fight?  Especially if that fight is on land?  These are the questions I think we need to be asking.  Despite all that I tried to do my best to make Seaking look like a bit of a badass, but Misty's probably helping him out a bit in that regard.

I just recently got into papercrafting which has allowed me to mix some of my favorite interests - 3D modelling and hands-on crafts :) I put together a pre-designed pattern to get started with the hobby and immediately decided to jump right into designing my own.

This is my very first papercraft design - Morgana from League of Legends. I'm pleased with how she turned out, even though I could improve her greatly if I were to do it all over again.

This is my second papercraft design, Cassiopeia from League of Legends. I was looking for a model a little more complex than my first one (Morgana: [link]), but something simple enough that I could improve on my methods.

She's about an inch or two taller than Morgana, which made it a little easier to work on. She definitely turned out better, but still room for improvement :) I think one of the things I really need to do next time is make sure that the colors overflow so that I don't have so many white edges showing :)

Finally finished my third League of Legends papercraft. When I chose to do Kog'Maw, I knew it would be a challenge, particularly his face, but I didn't know all of his spikes would make it infinitely more difficult than my previous two papercrafts :)

After a long break from my papercraft models to work on other projects, I finally returned to my half finished Anivia. This is a tribute to my favorite skin/model in League of Legends :)

This one took me longer than all of the others because of the wings. When I first started, I was thinking of doing them similar to Morgana's wings (see link below) where they were just flat wings bent to give shape. I wanted to do that them way because they are extremely complicated in all of their hextech goodness. Always up for a challenge though, I opted to to them properly.

P.S.: I had no idea that Hextech Anivia had a ball inside of a recess on her back until I did this paper model. It is almost impossible to see in game :)

Yeah! at last, Rarity! Have fun!

finished Photo: [link]

Tips: i recommend using Superglue, specially for attaching finished hair pieces to head. whatch out your fingertips!

order:

1 cut all

2 prepare each piece (use this for help a little:[link] )

3 glue the double hair pieces and comb them before they are completely dried. this way they will not crack or get funny shapes.

4 finish rest of the body but do not glue legs yet.

5 now glue the hair pieces to the head you can also glue bits of the hair to the cheeks to help attain form. (you will see that in the finished photo)

6 when done, insert tail and then paste the legs...this way is easier to maintain a pose and equilibrium. (XD)

Done!

This is a Non-Specific Pistol with some moving parts (slide, safety, mag). Assemble it like an ordinary papercraft.

I made it for /po/ as an experiment in designing an intermediate-detail pistol model.

Dimensions:
Length: 6.75" or 17.5 cm
Height: 5" or 12.75 cm
Width: 1.25" or 3.25 cm
Barrel Length: 4.25" or 10.9 cm

This is a papercraft AKM model I originally made for /po/. It's rather large (1:1 scale), and can take a while to build because a lot of the parts have walls on the inside, for sturdiness. The safety and bolt are moveable. If you want, there's space to put a spring to push the bolt forward, though the strength of the spring vs. the strength of the parts would be your concern.

This is an AR-15 papercraft, the third iteration of a long project that has undergone several stages. I started posting these on /po/ a while ago, with the intention that it would be a modular thing that the community could add new parts to.

It is fairly detailed and takes a lot of paper, so you have to build it gradually and piece-by-piece. A classic M4 configuration, for example, would be 27 pages.

There are a couple of different styles for stocks, handguards, etc, and most things are available in black, tan, colorless, and sometimes gray versions. There are flattop and A1 upper receivers, as well as different barrel lengths. If yo want to build a longer barrel, note that there is no proper M16 handguard, although putting two carbine-length RIS handguards makes a rifle-length one.

The package is rather lightweight because I've omitted most of the V1 and V2 parts. The furniture and sights that haven't been replaced are still included though, so there are still a couple of hand-drawn pages.

FAQs:

1. What kind of paper does this use?

For thickness, I'd recommend something thicker than printer paper, but experiment to see what fits your needs best in regards to color quality, foldabiliy (esp for curved parts), etc. The key is that it's moderately stiff.
In terms of size, use regular printer size. These vary by country, but as long as it's about 8 inches wide, you're good. Make sure the image takes up the whole page.

2. I don't want to use whatever filehost the download link sends me to, can I still get it?

The package itself is too large to send completely by email, but if you narrow it down by requesting a specific color scheme (black, tan, gray, or white) or a specific configuration, I can email you those files.
Additionally, if you know a better filehost, feel free to suggest it.

3. Where does X go?

If the notes files and construction photos aren't clear enough, just ask here and I'll explain. However, make sure you look at the photos first, since a picture is better than a written description.

4. There are no holes in the takedown pin hook.

My apologies. The holes were trapped under the colored layer and weren't displaying properly. I've recently uploaded a corrected version.

I made another life sized Majoras Mask for a new acquaintance. this is my 4th life sized Majoras Mask. it was done in 3h and I used 200g-paper and a piece of thin cardboard for the back. I'm satisfied and I'm sure he's gonna love it.

I mean, how often do you get free gifts from strangers? :D

I'm not big on just giving away stuff to people who ask for it, but he seemed so kind and nice that I felt like making him happy.

Natural Harmonia Gropius commonly known as N is a major antagonist of the Black and White versions. His full real name is never directly revealed in game, but his surname is Harmonia. The name is first discovered written on N's basketball in his playroom. He is the leader of Team Plasma.

In Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, he returns two years later, coming back to stop Ghetsis' new plans with a reformed Team Plasma.

This is a bithday present to the beautiful ~PsychoticPanda101!

Touko is the female protagonist in Pokémon Black and White. She's the counterpart to Hilbert. She is often referred to as White while Hilbert is often referred to as Black.

She has brown hair and blue eyes and is tall. Her top hair is covered by her hat that is why it is unknown what her hairstyle is. In the Pokémon Adventures Manga, her counterpart there, named White, was shown her hair once, though it didn't have much difference even if her hat was worn.

She is currently in the same year and class as Ui Hirasawa and Jun Suzuki, and has quite a mysterious demeanor. She is a self-proclaimed novice guitarist who has been playing the guitar ever since the fourth grade, while her parents are working in a jazz band.

She joins the light music club during the middle of the first season. She is often exasperated by the tea and sweets served by her club mates, and by the odd costumes they wear. However, she has a certain weakness for sweets and can be calmed down rather easily, sometimes just from being petted. She gets a tan very easily, once during their time at the beach and another during a music festival. Azusa is often frustrated with the club's aloof behavior, but she tends to get roped in inadvertently, and ends up enjoying herself as well. She can get embarassed and shy, much like Mio. Azusa worries alot for her friends, especially her lazy senpai Yui. She is also very smart and takes care of Yui when she can, making study plans for her, teaching her guitar, and cheering her up by meowing or cosplaying for her.

After the original four members graduated, she succeeds Ritsu as the club's president. In the manga, Jun and Ui both joined the club immediately after the seniors graduated. However, in the anime, it was revealed in episode 26, which takes place before episode 23, that to Yui's delight, Jun and Ui were practicing with Azusa in preparation for the year's school opening session. This implies that Jun and Ui joined before the seniors graduated, in the anime.

She gets her own unique storyline in her senior year at high school in the latest manga issue with Jun and Ui.

Tsumugi, more known as "Mugi" is the gentle and sweet keyboardist of the club. Mugi is a wealthy girl who has a sweet and gentle personality. Mugi is considered a piano prodigy since she was four and has experience winning in piano contests. She is the daughter of a company president, and her family has several villas in various places around Japan. She often brings sweets and confectioneries to her friends. The tea set and the tea which they drink often are unusually high in price. Although she is a sweet and gentle girl, she is often weirdly entranced by the sight of two girls interacting closely together, sometimes imagining something more risque in her head. She originally intended to join the choir club, but joins the light music club instead after receiving an invitation and encouragement from both Mio and Ritsu. Mugi displays a rebellious streak occasionally, due to her wanting to deviate from her wealthy nature, and diverts from a well-behaved and mature demeanor to the surprise of others. She also has a habit of getting a little too enthusiastic about experiencing new things that the others take for granted.

Despite her being wealthy, she also tries her hand at a part-time job at a fast-food restaurant. While a lot of things do not bother her, she is fairly conscious about her weight, and she gets a bit anxious when her family's staff start spoiling her friends during villa visits.

Always looking for fun, Yui is fearless; anxiety and stage fright are unknown to her. She likes everything cute and makes a lot of physical contact like holding hands or hugging. She also loves everything sweet. Sweets that Mugi brings are Yui's power source. Her physical constitution is such that she does not gain weight no matter how much she eats. She can't stand being hot or cold, so she spends the winter under the kotatsu and rolls around on the floor in the summer in front of the fan, to keep cool. Her grades are always on the verge of failing; sometimes she is the only person in her class who needs to retake a test, other times she manages to avoid failing all of her subjects by a one point margin. She has an average figure, her bust is a bit on a small side. Yui lives in a family of four with her younger sister Ui and both parents. Her parents are a "lovey-dovey" couple and often go on trips together, leaving both daughters behind.

Main character, lead guitarist, lead vocalist. Having misunderstood that "light music" equals to "easy music", she joined the Light Music Club and picked up guitar with absolutely no prior experience. She cannot do more than one thing at a time, but to make up for that she can be highly focused on a particular subject and once started, can advance quite sustantially. However, whenever she learns something, she forgets something else. Yui is the type of person who doesn't read manuals and relies on her own intuition and self-taught approaches. She also does not remember any of the musical terminology. She possesses perfect pitch and is able to tune her guitar without a tuner, but she does not appear to make the best of her ability. Yui is relatively determined and competitive, but at the same time she feels comfortable depending on the help of a few good people like Ui, Nodoka, Mio and Azusa.
