anyhoo this was a test of my new workstation setup. my lenovo laptop died on me so i had to due to urgency settle with a computer+tablet setup. it is a cintiq, dont get me wrong i am nto complaining, but there is a sense of weirdness to working on it after like 9 years of exclusively working on lenovo tablet pcs
for one the stylus is much thicker and just feels weird to draw with but it is not that big of a difference.. except for callibration...still gotta tweak that out
Another Batman fanart, this one from the Arkham Asylum videogame. I can't wait for the sequel, I fell so hard for the new character designs... Can't wait to see if the Riddler makes an actual appearance o3o
Thinking that next up will be either Harley or Scarecrow. o3o
Poison Ivy (c) DC Comics Art (c) Sulfyr Textures from [link]
This was my first time working with Steph and she was very patient with the painting process, which took a little longer than expected because of all the tiny leaves. The full set is available for viewing on Steph's FB modelling page (also shared on my page).
I havent been coloring females lately for some odd reason. But nevertheless here is Poison Ivy and I'm glad I got to do this one, as I feel like I was getting rusty with the ladies. I hope yall enjoy it!!
Ballpoint pen + some Photoshop for the effects. Our Harley as I think she would look in Under The Red Hood with that smexy DiMaggio's Joker. Tried to be close to the cartoon's actual style, but the girls in it were far too "anime", so I just went with basic design in own style, really. I might just draw Harls like that more often, I liked doing those type of liliripes on her cowl.
Everything you see here is real. Background was not part of the postprocessing. It was designed, drawn and printed, and all the gears are hand made by our magnificent artist and photographer Here's the full art
