Wow this dates back from October 2010! I haven't been able to upload it until now so here it is. It's one of my latest projects. Now that I got a new laptop and CS5 I'll be able to do some new things. Let me know what you think. I really think I can improve on this so yeah.
My second try at terraspace. Done a long time ago on October 17th, 2010. It turned out much better than my first terraspace. Though I feel I could work a little more on this one.
The picture used for the planet with the mountains comes from Google Earth in 3D. I'm not sure how to credit. Though I will not submit a print for this otherwise it would go against the copyrights. Hopefully in the future I can get Vue 8 or terragen.
Created on March 23rd, 2011 in Photoshop CS5. It took me about 3 hours to finish this piece. I tried to keep it simple. Since I like to try new things I decided to make it in B&W. To me it feels a little empty and flat. Critique would be appreciated.
An old piece I created on April 15th, 2010. My first attempt at making a gas giant. Came out very different from what I had expected. In a way it looks nice, but it's more of in a cartoon way I think. So it's not very realistic.
He started with the basic planet texture and gave me some flames to work with. This is what I came up with. I then sent it back to him where he worked some more on it and submited it as our collab for the Attrius artpack. Here's the link to the artpack: [link]

Peace is a picture focusing on the beauty of space, the light, the color... Everything.
A motive i was hoping would move an individual at a level of emotions like joy or sadness. A motive so powerful that someone who would see this could be inspired to start with art, just like i did so many years ago...
I wanted to create a dramatic post-earthquake situation. The event is slowly turning the area into a devastated landscape. I decided to go with a night scene again as the contrast would work best then. Some dualscreen wallpaper are free for personal usage. You can download them at gtgraphics.de
What could be better than a sweet little fire in a calm summer night. That's basically what I wanted to show. To give you a little impression of what it looked like before have a look at this little animation.
I hope you like it! I'm really looking forward to your feedback
