A little blip on diet and dieting...Since I got asked a couple times to post about diets, I'll just jot down some quick thoughts...More Like This
The important thing about having a good diet, or starting one- is to make sure that it's something you can sustain. You should try to make it a lifestyle change instead of just a passing thing, a fad.
You don't have to eat only salads and grilled chicken forever though. You should make an attainable goal, like eating more vegetables, for example. Then you should try to keep that goal.
If you're trying to lose weight and take on a healthier diet, you shouldn't forget to work out. It's not only going to help you lose fat, but you'll also strengthen your body. 30 minutes a day 5 days a week isn't that hard if you try.

During the week I- Try to eat more fruits and vegetables, exercise 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes, drink water or tea,
