There's a storm brewing behind the
western highlights of my last setting
sun. Sunlight streams upon our photograph
of lies, betrayal, masks. I get angry and
you get revenge. It's how things are, or
maybe I'm just fatalistic. It could be called
defeatist but I prefer to believe I'm winning
our war. Fake affection, fake lies and a driving
licence stuck onto a wall. Fiction doesn't
mix well with reality. We're like oil and water
as I hallucinate us some more happiness,
cocktail mixers and additional glittering lights.
