Captain's starlog, July 8, 2156. The struggle against the Romulans continue after a month of hasty decision-making. Five weeks ago, war was declared on the entity we call the Romulan Star Empire. Ever since then, our faceless foe has dealt blow by blow upon Earth ships and colonies. Even after a mere month, skirmishes with the Romulans seem like daily routine. Personal addendum: Challenger was probably lost, Columbia is still missing.
Just as Captain Archer has finished writing the above log entry, two Romulan Birds of Prey have attacked Enterprise. The Starfleet vessel managed to survive with a damaged nacelle and a couple of fused EPS relays. One of the Romulan ships was destroyed, the other crippled. Little did the crew of Enterprise know that the war was only beginning...
And yes, I've built the ENT era BoP. Will be released soon, stay tuned!

It's the Grinch! I've got Mount Crumpit with the Grinch on the top, with the sleigh full of toys, then lower down is his home. On the other side I've got the large Christmas tree with all the whos holding hands and singing!
As some have mentioned, the mountain is not smeared. If you look at the mountain picture, it has spikes coming off the side. That is what I did. I would never leave that big and fixable of a smear! XD
What I loved about Haku and Chihiro's relationship was not only that it was an cute young love kinda thing, but it was so...delicate, I guess you could say. No silly awkward moments, blushing, or "omgz i'm in love" realizations necessary, ever. Just a completely natural, caring relationship throughout. Right from the beginning Haku was very protective and close to her without a second thought, and Chihiro always totally trusted him, doing everything he said, and eventually saved his life too. And when she thought he was a bad guy she broke down -- aww!!
Their parting scene was also very gentle and the close-up shot of her hand leaving his was actually pretty moving, imo. However, after building up that kind of relationship, I wish their goodbye wasn't so...quick. I mean, the moment Chihiro passed Yubaba's test, they just RAN for it!
Anyhoo when I drew this picture I was actually imagining what their reunion would look like...but seeing as how I drew them in their same clothes from the movie, I guess it could also be seen as an alternate version of their goodbye. Tweaked around with the lighting a lot trying to get some kind of "warm" feel out of this...I hope that's conveyed...and I'm pretty pleased with how the hair turned out I was listening to "Inochi no Namae" (the vocal version of the "One Summer's Day" BGM from the movie) on repeat when I drew this, so I included the lines:
"So loved that I want to cry, is the one life, the place to return to, an unerasable summer day at my fingers"
i was so proud to catch this beautiful cloud. i was just wandered around the house when i saw it. it took a few more shots to make before i can get this since the sun was behind this cloud an it blinded me. i didn't see anything.
