NOTE: The change between this upload (Finalized) and the previous upload is only the trees, the wall and the building in the background. I felt this needed to be changed as otherwise it looked like the car was in the sky. That's kinda stupid. This makes it look more believable and hopefull more official.
Even after being smothered with ice cream and kitties, no one likes a needle. A scene taken from the episode "Bart-Mangled Banner" and remastered into what I hope looks like official Simpsons artwork.
This is also my very first image to be submitted as a print, as the previous version was requested. I'm interested to see what happens there.
So yeah your eyes aren't playing tricks, I just drew some western animation. I watched The Simpsons the other morning and just felt the need to do this. The circle tool really did some justice here, I'm pretty happy with the eyes. The expressions worked out quite well too i think. I stuck to the style though, I used to draw these guys a lot when I was younger. It feels good to go back to it. The Simpsons are very strange to cell shade, atleast compared to DBZ. It was almost too simple, so I felt i needed to complicate it a little, and in turn sorta screwed it up.
I can probably arrange it to fit wallpapers, so If you want me to, just ask.
Not a very creative title, I know. Many fans like to ship Maggie with Gino, because they're both cute toddlers and they danced together in "The Italian Bob" and....yeah, that's it. While I do agree they're both adorable, I don't think it would work out. Gino tried to kill Bart (and the family), remember? And I don't think Mags would forgive him so easily, no matter how cute he is. So, here's once again my interpretation of them as teens.
Which of these gun toting tots will prevail? The only one man enough in Springfield to shoot Mr. Burns? Or the flamboyant evil genius of Quahog? Leave a comment saying who you prefer, the winner will get a fan art from me. Polling ends June 22.
Let me just make a little note for people who do art trades with me. DO NOT continuously ask me how my side of the trade is doing. I'm not saying that anybody is doing that, but I get irritated with people like that. If I am busy with school and graphic arts projects, then you'll just have to wait, alright?
Also, for now, I will say when and when I am not doing requests, seeing as how my time schedule is a little limited.
Anyways, this based in the TOAS timeline in "The Debarted". After the whole garbage incident, Bart is mentally swearing Donny for driving him to humiliation. But he doesn't notice the vacant look his younger sister is giving the new kid...

For fans of Supernatural and The Hunger Games I know it's not perfect - there are quite a few mistakes and stuff I couldn't smooth over with one of Photoshop's many tools - but I actually quite like this, not to be, like, vain or anything :')
I don't own any of this - apart from, y'know, the making of this amazing poster ;D The pictures of Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins belong to the makers of Supernatural, and the poster itself is made by the guys who are doing all the merchandise for the Hunger Games movie. Oh, and the font belongs to SPN, too.
25 years and one day ago, a short clip aired on the Tracey Ullamn Show introduce the world to the most dysfunctional family on television, the Simpsons. This very first short is where Homer and Marge said good night to their kids during bedtime. They haven't change a bit, have they? Happy 25th years, Simpsons.
I've had this idea on my brain for days...as I kept hearing about The Hunger Games, this was the first image that popped into my brain. For the fans of the book/movie series, I'm just having a little fun. I looked at some of the artwork for the series here at dA, and I must say that I was blown away by the quality I saw.
In this episode of The Simpsons "Homer Scissorhands" Milhouse proclaims his love for Lisa before the whole school. Lisa tells him she does not love him and never will. A popular 5th grader named Taffy said it was beautiful and they started dating,on one of their dates Lisa fallows them and ruines it. Milhouse gets on her case and Lisa kisses him. PLZ WATCH THIS EPISODE IT SOOOO CUTE!!!!!
"...And I learned, that beneath my goody-two-shoes, lies some very dark socks..." - Lisa Simpson
Of all the random things I've been drawing over the past year, this is one of my favorites. It's based on a series of sketches I've been doing in my sketch book, which came about from me constantly drawing game art.
Bart, Lisa and Maggie camping outside in their garden a warm summernight They have had a great time with food, games +++ It was now late at night, Lisa and Maggie had slept for a little time. But not Bart. He sat up and watched his sisters and was asure that they were asleep before he could sleep.
While he was sitting their and watching them, he thought of how lucky he was to have siblings and to have sisters . Though sometimes he missed a brother. But actually Maggie was the brother he had missed. She liked the things he did!
Homer and Marge`s miracles Bartholomew J. Simpson, Lisa Marie Simpson and Margareth Simpson.
They had a good time togheter and played with Maggie! They learned her to walk, holding her in her hands and giving Maggie speed while lifting her up. Maggie was jumping of joy and smiled behind the pacifier.
"And we have little Maggie Simpson back on our show, who's been here for nearly six months..."
We knew that Maggie was smart, but we didn't know how smart. And she went up against the famous Braino, no less. I remembered Braino from the Futurama episode "Duh Vinci Code," and decided to throw him in.
"I can see that Braino has bet his whole 25 cents, and now lost everything. The answer was actually 'Grizzly Adams.' At least you'll get a copy of the home game and Rice-a-Roni, the San Francisco treat."
Maggie is a little confused, its not everyday she gets to run into her Tracey Ullman counterpart on the street. At first glance they are both a little shocked by the other's appearance, but if they agree on one thing its that Professor Frink is probably to blame for this.
It was fun trying to mimic the old Ullman sketch version of the art for this pic.
maggie simpson when she s older i only got lined paper at the moment lol i going to get more art stuff soon and maybe some paints cos i havent painted anything for a while mostly cos im crap lol but i enjoy it so why not lol but my cats drive me crazy because they keep trying to take the paint brush off me and they try to paint too lol
Maggie and her pet, Bucky, pose for a newspaper photo after Bucky wins the best in show award, the first reptile to ever do so at the annual Springfield pet show. Done in Photoshop with a Wacom Tablet, experimenting with a simple background and different brushes.
So this was a random speedpaint I did because I couldn't get the last scene of The Great Game out of my head. Except that I have a really short attention span, which means I spent amount the same amount of time drawing the ceiling as I did Moriarty... *facepalm*
Anyway, I was talking to one of my friends while drawing this and we were talking about Lenz's Law (a change in the status quo prompts a change in the opposite direction) and how there seems to be a corresponding law in each science discipline. Then we started talking about how the arrival of John and Moriarty at the same time isn't coincidence. John represents an increased ability in Sherlock's skills, thus harder problems are introduced as the counteracting force. I'm a nerd and easily distracted, so I started to think about the science in my speed paint, since Le Châtelier's Principle is nicely demonstrated in the chlorination of pools. I was bored of painting anyway, so I decided to add in Sherlock-like thoughts--trying to represent what he was thinking in the scene. Except, well, he's a bit distracted
On tumblr here: [link] I'd appreciate if you could reblog it from there, or at least link back to here.
You've heard of the fashion police, and if you go into a parabox and end up in the Amy Wong universe, you may run into them. You see them on the street...in the malls...you quickly check to make sure you don't have a collar tucked in or something. This is a continuation of a series that I started this summer based on the "Farnsworth's Parabox" episode of Futurama. This started out as a doodle on a piece of scrap paper on my drawing board. As you can tell, I enjoy designing uniforms. Don't they look menacing with those electric stun sticks? Hey - there is a guy with a stain on his shirt in Sector 6!
A week late but I finally had the time to finish this today. I could have added more but I felt it was better to post now otherwise I may never have done. Anyway, it's a pretty self-explanatory picture so I don't think there's much else I need to say I'll definitely plan ahead for any upcoming holiday related pictures from now on.
