This was quite an accidental shot since we were just talking about something with ~Storyscarecrow and ~Lapirin happened to take a picture out of it. I think it turned out quite a heartwarming one so I decided to post it
I was - once again - supposed to go as Robin but since there was over +25 Celsius outside I was like "lol nope, not gonna put that black leather dress on, I'll go as Luffy", I swear I get around using that outfit one day! Also ohgoddd the amount of derrrrp in this shoot. If anyone ever thought it would be a good idea to put all the three of us in front of the camera at the same time-- well it wasn't.
In December last year *Berpi and I went to a Cosplay Picnic. It was a rather last minute decision, so in one day we put together some casual Crimin outfits for Usopp and Luffy to wear. *Berpi also made some makeshift but very awesome goggles! I made a Crimin singlet from scratch but unfortunately you can't see the design in this picture- I'll have to upload another one soon. This photo was a timer shot in our local park afterwards.
Crimin-rockin' Usopp - E Crimin-rockin' Luffy - me
My cosplay as Luffy in his Strong World adventure gear! This was taken by the lovely *Risachantag during our One Piece Strong World photoshoot at the local Botanical Golf course last month. It was super-fun and we had a fantastic time running through the gardens and perplexing the mini-golfers.
All set for the challenges of the New World, Usopp trained hard in his two years on the Boin Archipelago. He's ready to see his nakama. He'll show them he's harder ... better ... faster ... stronger ... and still a cowardly idiot! XD
Finally uploading some pics from Wai-Con early this year where [link] Mutiny Go! Cosplay reunited the Straw Hat crew. I hope you like the new-and-improved 'Captain' Usopp! I made almost everything you see here, although HUGE thanks and gratitude must go to Sofie/Nami who sewed my pants. The nose was my first attempt at latex work (the one in the picture is version 2.3).
Here's the first pic of me as CAPTAIN Usopp in all his cowardly brilliance, from Eiichiro Oda's One Piece Strong World!
He’s my favourite One Piece character so I was determined to do his highly-animated expressions justice. I truly enjoyed strutting around in this guy’s boots!
I’m a novice cosplayer, so I relied on simple methods to bring this colourful, eccentric outfit together. His helmet was lots of fun, and Kabuto (the slingshot) was probably the fiddliest part, taking plenty of wire, elastic, reticulation piping, hot-glue, spray-paint, ingenuity and perseverance to get it all done. The nose was challenging … and a little painful! Oh, and yes: the rest is just me and make-up.
Mutiny Go! Cosplay ([link]) had a fantastic time stomping around the local Botanical Gardens for our photoshoot with the incredible *Risachantag (kindly assisted by the amazing ~rallamajoop and ~Shastachan) at the beginning of June.
**********UPDATE********** Thanks to all who voted for me in the 2012 Otaku House Cosplay Idol Competition. I didn't get through, but the support I received was really nice, so thank you all very much! You're all very kind. xx **************************
This weekend, The Wonky Pirates (aka me and VelevenÂ) brought a bit of Dress Rosa to Supanova Pop Culture Expo Perth 2014! Cosplaying Donquixote Doflamingo has been a dream of mine since Punk Hazard was released - it was incredible to be able to finally finish sewing all of those feathers together and see him become a reality! Please make Doffy welcome. Or he'll probably kill you and enjoy every moment of it. Fufufufufu! XD
More pics to follow, hopefully, but Veleven was particularly proud of taking and editing this shot tonight so I thought I'd better submit it while it was hot off the press!

Luffy will never learn it. When he sees food (here it were ducks), he'll even jump into the water, even if he can't swim at all.
Zoro tries to stop him. And Sanji holds Zoro too, so Luffy can't jump into the water.
It was really fun. You know, we made photos there with some photographers and I saw the ducks swimming on the water and ran to catch them. The boys automatically ran after me (Luffy) and grabbed me at my vest.
