Danielle had never been the type of person to approach others. She seemed content with watching the events of her world from the outside. Everything about her cried 'don't look at me' from her posture to her clothes and hair style.
Currently she was planning her escape from the gym's bathrooms. The last one to change and the last one to exit, she hoped no one would look her way as she darted onto the hardwood floored basketball court. Luckily for her when they ordered their uniforms at the beginning of the year she requested a uniform that was far too large. Now it strained to cover her recently rounded bump.
Class always started with a warm up activity and everyone had a certain spot to stand. Danielle cursed her name, Anderson. It always put her at the front of the class. The teacher had yet to make his way out so many of the students were standing aroun

Caitlyn went down the row of cabinet doors, opening each up and rapidly looking inside before slamming it shut and moving on to the next in fustraction for the third time. The pantry closet had come up with nothing, she had even looked under the sink. She balled her fists up and stampped her feet, for a moment throwing a fit like a five year old.
"Damn it, damn it, damn it!! When you don't want it you can't help but trip over it, the minute you do there's none anywhere." She growled as she went across the kitchen and grabbed the phone off the wall, nearly knocking the hanger loose. She leaned against the countertop and stabbed the phone angrily with one finger, folding her arms over her ample belly and tapping her foot impatiently as she waited for an answer. "Adam, it's Cait. Do you have muffin mix, blue berry preferably?...Good, bring, now." She hung the phone up and let out a sigh of relief. Looking down at her belly, "This is your fault." she grumbled.
She anxiously ground her teet

With the initial introductions done, Kinsey found herself at a loss as to what to do. Kas excused herself and bookmarked her magazine, leaving the courtyard while Kiki remained in the pool, from time to time casting glowering looks in Kinsey's direction.
Samantha invited her over to sit with her on the now unoccupied couch. Glancing to the table she saw that Kas was reading a fashion magazine, Samantha on the other hand was reading....it was a leather bound book with yellowed pages, she could tell little else as she couldn't understand the title on the binding.
"The Canterbury Tales" Sam explained, "An original volume, its in Middle English, that's why the words look so funny." she continued sheepishly as she picked it from the table to show Kinsey some of the illustrations inside. She handled it gently, almost lovingly.
"Middle English? That stuff they spoke in the dark ages?" Kinsey asked.
"Yeah...There's not a lot to do here so I've been learning it...were you in college?" Sam asked

Amy White stood in the hallway before Rachel. Her blond hair was cut in a short bob with her bangs cutting across her forehead. She wore a black tailored suit with a knee length skirt and high heels. A far cry from how Rachel had first met her.
"What do you want?" Rachel sighed, knowing she couldn't cause a scene in the middle of her school. It was little more than a week since she had been returned home and she knew this was coming. Whoever these people were, she wasn't just going to be left alone. She didn't want to become a government experiment.
"I know you're worried." Amy said calmly. "And I knew if I went to your home you wouldn't answer the door. This place is safe for the both of us."
"I don't want to be dissected." Rachel whispered.
Amy let out a trilling melodic laugh. "They don't dissect people. That would be unethical. At least not those that didn't agree to it beforehand."
That made Rachel feel somewhat better. "Then why are you here?"
"Somewhere less public maybe?"

The soft sand crunched softly as a pair of figures quickly but quietly worked their way up the beach to the old wooden house, the outline just visible in the night time gloom against star swept sky.
'Pizza?' a voice chirped
'Pizza later,' an exasperated voice answered, 'Cloths first, then we'll see about pizza.'
'Pizza!' exclaimed the first voice with redoubled enthusiasm.
The second voice, male unlike the first, sighed as he arrived at the door. There was a soft yelp as his bare feet caught a splinter on the deck and waved at his companion to stay back in the sand as he approached the glass doors. He peered inside, looking like no one had been living there for years. He crouched down in the darkness and pried up a loose board, finding a rusted key there. With a smile he gingerly turned the lock and slipped inside. From the tal

The rest of the week went by pleasantly with Adrian's company at the mansion. She joined the others on some outings with a little coaxing, and it was rather fun once Kinsey allowed herself to spend Adrian's money. She had refurnished her room with things more appropiate to her, decked her study out with a new computer, stereo, racks of cds (alot of them shamefully Adrian's band Odyssey), some new clothes, and just about everything else she ever had a fancy for. She felt ashamed, but Adrian insisted, buying anything she even showed the slightest interest in if she did not ask for it. "Nothing is too good for you, you only need ask" he would whisper. Also through the week were his nightly visits, some of which he would stay, some where he would vanish as she slept, presumably to one of the others. That hurt her, but the pain would disappear when he returned, which he always did.
"I know it's hard to have to share, but the others need me too, they're important also...but none a

The next morning she awoke with a call from Dr. Dyson. "Hello Kinsey, I was wondering if you could come to my office?" She agreed, her head still swimming. She found herself taking a battery of tests. The last was the doctor measuring around her middle, jotting some notes down. "You're a picture of health." he said as she was about to ask. Was it her imagination, or was she bigger? She had been told her progress through the pregnancy was going to be rapid, but it was shocking. Her stomach had a distinct bulge now, larger than she had seen the day before. As the doctor typed his handwritten notes into his computer, Kinsey went to the other room and changed from the green medical robe. She didn't have plans on going anywhere, but dressed in jeans and a light sweater.
"Please, you can just call me Michael or Mike." She didn't say anything. "Or doctor if you want...you had a question?"
She nodded. "I was just wondering...how long is..um..this...going to take?"

"Get it Jeffy!" pinged Elu's voice down into the depths where 'Jeffy' pursued the lobster. It scuttled backwards under a shelf of coral out of his reach. Jeffy, or Jeffrey rather, circled around the outcropping looking for a way to get at it. Somewhere in the brightness above him where the sun was shining into the water Elu offered him critique on his form. "Don't approach the hard shelled from the front, they dart for the protective cover with a flick of thier tails, get between them and their refuge!". This came to Jeffery as a series of squeeks and clicks, Elu's native tongue which he translated easily...speaking it however..."Jeffy know, Jeffy try!" was the best he could manage.

The door swung open silently into the unlit courtyard, covered in a glass ceiling and encircling a large pool, easily a hundred feet on the longest side. Around the pull marble columns held the ceiling aloft which was decorated in a mosiac of small tiles, showing scenes of ancient macedonia, greece and rome. The floors were likewise decorated in tile in geometric patterns tracing a circuit around the circumferance of the large room. Scattered about the indoor patio were luxrious seats, divas, small tables and clusters of pillows. The area was easily large enough to hold a couple hundred people, though no one was there except the two figures, one hesitantly looking from the entrance while one behind patiently allowed the first to get their bearings. "Go ahead Kinsey, you're home."

Rachel Tamarack was in her early 20s, chestnut hair with large brown eyes to match. She was average height and in her own words could stand to lose a few pounds. She was a typical college student. She made straight Bs, lived in a small apartment and, like every other student, was worried about upcoming finals.
But that would have to wait. She glanced at her wrist watch anxiously. Another wave of pain hit causing her to twist in her seat. Pressing a button on her watch, she called, "Rachel to mothership. 0137 arrival imminent. Requesting immediate retrieval."
Rachel took the remaining moments to caress her swollen belly. 0137, who she had dubbed Michael, was soon to arrive and the process would begin anew. She thought back to how it had began.
It was Rachel's last year of high school. She wasn't a naturally smart girl. She had to earn every grade she got with late nights at the library. This Friday night was no exception. Miss Willias, the head librarian, had finally managed to

But once the kittens and the young queen you women on this ship gave birth to are adults there's no telling what they'll do" Rob said.

The stool pinched her butt randomly where it was cracked when she shifted in a certain as yet undefined way. The kiosk was smelled heavily of pretzels which she initially found pleasant but now haunted her dreams. It was cramped with the appliances to produce and bake them, giving her barely enough room to squeeze around them under ideal conditions.
It was the end of week two of her summer internment at the ‘Pretzelmaniacal’ booth at the local mall. Week one consisted of her brief training and was the longest period of time she had seen her boss. On the second week she was turned loose to run the little food kiosk on her own, only seeing Elise at the end of the afternoon when the owner/manager took over. Charlie squirmed to the side. There was a pain right beneath the left side of her ribcage where something was poking. Someone. She stopped walking and grimaced for the third time, pressing her fingers against a distorted swell on the left side of her gravid middle. Rubbing the offending spot she balanced herself by holding on to a bike rack. "Ow, quit it."
She lifted the hem of her shirt over her swollen middle and looked at it critically. It was annoyingly lopsided. Everything had been going fine up until a few minutes ago when she happened upon someone to join the original guest she had snagged earlier that morning. The second one seemed to have 'landed' crooked or was very anti social and trying to get away from the original occupant as it seemed to be predominately laying on the left side of her belly making it distort asymmetrically. No prodding and poking would remedy the situation.
With a tsk she lowered her shirt back over her tummy and tried too smooth the imperfection for the

This is my first TMNT fic and I have yet to see the newer TMNT, so this fic is more based off the live action movie Turtles, yet I like having Splinter as formerly being the human Hamato Yoshi as in the 80's cartoon (not a pet rat as in the movies).
