The United States Congress is proposing two laws that address the problem of wide-scale unlicensed distribution on the Internet of motion pictures, songs, trademarked goods, and patented pharmaceuticals.
One of the proposals is called SOPA (Stop Online Piracy Act) and would direct search engines in the United States to block Internet sites outside the United States that are primarily engaged in distributing unlicensed content.Another proposal called PIPA (Protect IP Act) would block websites located in the United States as well. The Obama administration is putting a stop to these proposals. It wants the Internet companies and the content companies to get together and come up with more functional and less destructive solutions.

What does 'Character Design' mean?
The character design is the process which comes after the characterisation and consists in defining the character through his/her physical appearance.
We need to consider a character as a little fictional creature, human or not, that aims to please its creator and the public as well.
While the basic characterization of this fictional creature (his tastes, his fears, his behaviors) may take a little mental effort, as it is a sort of list of emotions, facts and feelings that come and go in the life of a character, the process of visual realization of this creature may not be as simple. That's why many writers and characters creators prefer to rely on experienced hands.
Also many of the mental aspects of the character are not possible to gain by using 'static' visual medium. For 'static' I mean all the illustrations and drawings unable to tell a

Remember in like December 2010 I got everyone to make a Pokéfarm account and we were all obsessed with it for a few months? Well since then I learned a lot about Pokéfarm, and there are so many things I just don't understand.
Pokéfarm was made by some greedy jerk called Kolink who clearly cares nothing about his users and only wants their money. Just look at all the things you could buy on that site, in the appropriately named shop section on the site, the Black Market. He's literally selling sprites that he doesn't even own, for the most part. In fact, it is a very tedious task to obtain every event Pokémon without paying money.
Kolink started Pokéfarm in the first place because he was angry at the regulations of the ORIGINAL SITE that HE STOLE THE IDEA FROM, Global PokédeX Plus. He's trying all he can to shut down GPX, and constantly tries to make bots to hack GPX with, which, by

A few years ago I was watching the news when they said a man had been driving on a dark lonely road out in the country when he suddenly ran over a person on the road. He called the hospital, but when the ambulance got there it turned out the man had been dead for a while. The car's wheels hadn't hit anything vital and nothing on the man's body suggested he had been murdered.
Another time the news told of a Danish man who had disappeared. The police had been looking for him for only a few days when they got a call from Canada. Some Canadian hikers had found the man in the mountains, dead. He was wearing normal everyday clothes, his house keys and wallet in his pockets. He even had his car key despite the car still being back in Denmark.
Both stories could be explained. Maybe the man on the road had a heart attack. Maybe the guy in the mountains wanted to die and chose the Canadia
