Indeed, why not aluminum? Does not oxidize, lighter and more pliable to work with... The tree is about 12 inches tall by 14 inches wide, and is made of 3-foot lengths of aluminum wire -- continuous from top to bottom.

Soft Tree -- made from the same fine wire windblown trees and the willos tree, the leaves of this bonsai were twisted to create a soft canopy, reminiscent of Juniper species, a very popular tree used for bonsai purposes. 10x10x4 inches.

Another tiny wire tree, I used silver wire this time, and I like the way it looks, the whole sculpture is only about 3 inches tall, the tree is 1 and 1/2 inches tall. If you look very closely you can see a little copper wire birds nest on the right hand side of the tree!

A new, magical design; a leopard with peacock feather and semi precious bead strand.

The leopard and feather are both made of hand carved, hand shaped leather.  Each hair and quill are carefully cut into the leather for added detailed realism.  Then it's painted with a variety of iridescent color-shifting acrylic paints.  A tiger eye stone is set in the center of the mask, and the bead strands feature amber, pear and lapis in bright matching peacock colors.

A really fun, one-of-a-kind mask that I'm very pleased with...available here: www.etsy.com/listing/182967326…

My second “Real Eye Wolf”…this one is brown with steely blue eyes.  The second mask was easier to make (I worked out a few kinks on the first one).  I love this effect!

The mask is hand carved leather.  The eyes are custom made acrylic, created just for this mask.

1:12 Dollhouse scale Easter baskets.

I'm slowly starting to upload what was leftover from my show onto my Etsy and onto here since a lot of it didn't get photographed. Starting with more Easter items first.

Four baskets in two different styles. They have white and dark chocolate bunnies, bunny and regular peeps (they're actually squishable!), Easter eggs, little Cadbury chocolate eggs, and jellybeans. They'll be up on my Etsy in the next couple of days.

The larger baskets may be a tiny bit too big, but I've been told otherwise by the people in my miniature club. I personally prefer the smaller ones. :P

Managed to get these up on Etsy - find them here: [link]

1:12 Dollhouse scale cornbread in a cast iron skillet.

I bought a few real metal skillets before the show that I wanted to fill with different foods. The pans came unfinished, so I had to wash, prime, paint, and seal them, as well as the little spatula. This one has some freshly made cornbread in it. :)

This is the only one I have left, so once it's gone, it's gone!

Ice cream cones in 1:12, 1:24, and 1:48 size, made from polymer clay.

Trying to get back into working after being on and off for a while. Thought maybe some smaller scales would help shake things up a bit. :)

Yes, they wanted a metallic handgrip ;) I like how it came out, hope you agree.

A completed custom job for a client. He wanted a cool logo on one side and the phrase "Deus Ex Machina" on the other. I used the core part of this gun for a few logo mock-ups I did recently so the skull probably looks familiar :)

Lots of extra work in this one. Filled all the screw holes and also had to replicate the railing where the screw holes left gaps. I also sanded down all logos and other dirstacting stuff :) Sound and red LED lighting still work. This is the 3/4 scale version you see in stores like TRU, Walmart and Target. It looks a little different now :)

If you're interested in buying this particular gun, it's on ebay! [link]
