I needed this. A reminder of how to deal with stress: Just write everything in your head down, and in the process emptying it completely. You don't have to think about a million things anymore, It's on paper. And just like that, you have peace.
Now you can look at all these problems and say. This is important, this isn't, this is the most important, this is what I need to do for it.
Everyone already does this in their head.
Problem is, when everything is still in there it keeps jumping around. And you'll be focusing on one problem and all of a sudden another problem jumps in and you lose your focus, then another one joins the dance and suddenly your head is spinning and you're lying on your couch staring at the ceiling feeling like you've not slept for a week.
Paralyzed and overwhelmed.
Just write it out, from "My business plan needs a complete redo" to "I don't like the color of my shoes" in no particular order, whatever comes up as you're writing.
