I am sad- SO SAD- that I can't make it to EQLA this weekend with all the other spooky little Bronies and Pegasisters- but at least some of my art will be in attendance!
I was asked to make the super giant 8' banner and new logo that will be hanging over the Bronies: A Documentary booth (formerly Bronycon The Documentary) which will be debuting on November 4th at the AMC District 12 at Downtown Disney- [link] The screening will also feature a Q&A with one Ms. Lauren Faust, Tara Strong, Michael Brockhoff, Director Laurent Malaquais and other cast and crew members! So awesome!
I should point out this is my first time making ANYTHING in vector. Since this banner needed to be huge it was created in completely Inkscape based on art and references from Photoshop.
Hope everyone has fun at the convention while I sit back here in waterlogged Pittsburgh, absently caressing a soggy jack-o-lantern and weeping softly to myself.
No, really. Have fun. Go ahead. *snif*
Seriously, it you're attending, have the best time ever! And don't punch any Prince Blueblood cosplayers. Remember, they're just in character!
This will be most likely my last comic for quite a while, heading back to school tomorrow.
Ah Scootaloo, it's been a while since I've drawn you.
Well, since "Number One Fan" anyways.
Just glad they decided to make Dashie more like a Sister/Mentor to her in the show. About time you guys got an episode.
Anyways, I'll let you guys know whenever I start working on something again, though it might be until about Easter until I'm actually somewhat active again But feel free to enter the current contest ([link]) for a chance to win a 12-Month premium membership
Ciao for now!

Following heavy losses to the Royal Guards in 1006, a reserve unit developed out of a need for better training and organization of existing militia. The Royal Watch was founded in 1007 and has members from royal Houses as well as everyday citizens. They can be distinguished by their bright yellow cloaks and distinctive pronged shootsticks.
One more set, and this will be the last set I do, because the picture at the bottom is part of a very large picture that has all the ponies in cortume that I had been posting in all October, that final picture will be posted on Halloween.
Ok....back to doing comics. I want to move out of the filly Derpy realm JUST for a bit....well....gonna mix it up after my next comic. Trying to get back into the humor I had doing comics in the summer. Those were my favorite. So if you liked those I'm bringing those type back. Yes the muffin is in this.
I am surprised I haven't see this concept done. Maybe it's been done before but I haven't seen it and I checked. Anyway I'm getting better at these snow backgrounds....and hey look, it's more Filly Fluttershy. I missed drawing Fluttershy.
So yeah that's all I got on this one. I am basically working on like 3 comics at once right now. It's gonna get interesting.....I do have a Luna/Celestia one I've put off for MONTHS now. I'm a bad person.
Time spent: 25 hours How I did it: Paper then Photoshop CS6
