This is my entry for emoticiety new avatar contest ! I didn't get any idea so I made this I tried something original with 3 emote coloured like trophy and a podium because emoticiety host a lot of contest HUm I really don't know if *Emoticiety judges contest will like it because of the style but this is my entry
Remember the day that you bounced on a trampoline with your friend(s) and crashed into each other While it hurt, it was fun as well, especailly when you had the chance to eject the other person away from the trampoline
I tried to keep the frame speed above 0,06 so that Internet explorer users can watch it at the same speed... But you should try out Firefox
EDIT: forgot to remove the background XD
Another edit: I took =bad-blood's advise and added a few frames, making the green emote fall off
Lame title, I couldn't think of anything else. Finally a emote again, was complicated but fun to create. At first I wanted to create monsters, hence the green emote having sharp teeth. But I considered other faces
So, there I was, sitting on the bus, on my way home, thinking about how I hadn't made any of my trademarked randomly funny emoticons in a while, and I was getting annoyed at the fact that I couldn't think of anything random...
Then, suddenly, this came into my mind...
I hope you like it.
I also tried a little different take on my shading this time, just to see how it turned out, and I think it looks pretty good.
And, by the way, pixeling a banana at emote size was hard! :C
So, there I was, having just finished my last emote, and I was thinking "boy, I really worked my ass off on that one, I should do one of the simpler ideas I had." So, I booted up Photoshop, and started working on this idea with some sort of lumberjack getting repeatedly crushed by the trees. And when I thought "simple", booooooy was I WRONG!!
This "little" emote proved to be one of the most painstaking emotes I've ever made. I hadn't realised that I'd have to make every single part of the falling tree separately, also changing the lighting on the log as it falls through the light comming from above, so to say. To say the least, I'm surprised it ended up even half as good as I originally thought it would be.
Oh, and I usually try to explain a bit of what's going on in the emote, but today... I'm just gonna provide some raw statistics instead:
Animation Frames: 750 (~!!) Frame Delay: 0,07 sec Total Layers Used: 129 Time Spent: I don't even want to imagine...
Note: It was originally posted on Youtube ([link]) as a gift for a friend before.
Since the original was using a copyrighted music, I commissioned Daniel James (from HybridTwo) a track for this so I can post it here in DA as a film.
In this newer version, I decided to add/improve a few things. They're not so noticeable, but I feel much more contented with them. There are those that are left unedited, but I feel like it's best to leave it that way.
Artist Comment: Thank you everyone for liking it! Especially the viewers in Youtube for giving it a million views; People here in DA for giving my pageviews a boost; (And making fanarts too!) And people in Newground for supporting me to remove stolen posts. Thank you very much!
I also want to thank `InpuUpUaut for approaching and inviting me to post this video here in DA.
And lastly, of course, a friend back then for giving me the inspiration and push to finish my very first complete animation.
Update: (12/18/2009) Thank you again, `InpuUpUaut, for having this animation in DD! And to those who suggested this to be in DD. Thank you all!

It's about a girl and a boy separated by an unbreakable glass.
By: Dedicated to: A great friend before Music: Cherish (Ai Otsuka)
Comments: It's quite unbelievable that it's finally done...
Personally, i'm not satisfied with the outcome. It needs a lot of improvements, ranging from story to in-between frames to presentation to timing. Unfortunately, due to lack of time, I simply finished it...
