Ripping it to shreds,

Pretending you're not the cuase
Seeing me die slowly
Every time you leave me,
But you return
As you always do
Slowly sucking the poison out
That you yourself placed
And i begin to forget,
Just for a moment,
And fall back into love with you again.
And with every kiss
Every time we fuck
Every second i spend loving you,
I feel the poison
Seeping back into my heart
And with everytime you leave me
i begin to die again
While you pretend not to see.
You're the poison and the antitode

The reason i want to live
While i slit my wrists,
You're my poison

Amongst the ashes, swirling from the darkness of the pit,
Emerged a hand, dragging a battered body across the rocks.
Blood leaked from the wounds so callously self-inflicted,
And teeth ground with a focused determination and seething anger.
It cared not for the warm rubies - staining the jagged rocks,
It cared not for the sensation of pain...
All that it remembered was a dream, An obsession -
One that drove it ever higher; ignoring all else!
Eventually it emerged from this shadowy hole, this dreary depth,
And in that moment, it learned of the truth.
For this creature, denied sunlight and warmth -

The coldest December,
Can you still remember?
Do you even hear me?
There's no one around me!
Oh shadow that I see,
The void right behind me.
Yet still I am breathing;
Yet still I am feeling.
The coldest sensation,
Oh worthless creation!
Are you still crying?
Oh why are you lying - abandoned and cold
Cold like what was left of soul,
Made of all the life you stole.
Walk divine but made of sin,
Worm of hatred squrim within.
Sin of lust and sin of pride,
Lash the tongue that last has lied.
Yours was silver with a promise,
Kiss of death and then you vomit.
Burning bile of ugly treason,
No one else can know the reason.
Left a soul behind to burn;
You are the reason I have turned...
On this cold and endless night...
When I'm finally pierced by the light...
And I awaken from this hell...
ALONE - BUT ALIVE!
Alive and again oh do I dare?
To give this heart and to lay it bare.
When heaven cast its fate

Reading lines of text, yet smiling, laughing and crying.
It's strange to think that I could have this much fun -
Considering that I've never met you before, but then again
Perhaps that's the reason why I don't have to pretend.
Some people might tell me, that what we have is just a fantasy,
I doubt I'll have the chance to actually see you in this life-time.
But even so, in the time that we've spent together - Well,
I feel as though I've connected with you, more than anyone else.
I feel as though I know you better, than those just a few feet away.
You might take this little confession as something silly,
Maybe you'll even forget about it as time passes,
But I for one could never forget about someone like you,
And so I'd like to dedicate this piece, to the beautiful you.

The Distorted Howl: Chapter 33. WoundedThe Distorted Howl: Chapter 3 in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
Throughout the lone years, Kent has been very worried about the fate of his mother. Her cry had sounded awful and he feared she had been killed by her own mate. He felt guilty whenever he thought of it and would blame himself for the possible death of his mother. Sometimes he tried to think she was still alive, but usually his thoughts turned negative again. He could not imagine his father Mingan would have ever forgiven her for having taken care of him.
It was two winters later ever since he had left his birth pack. Kent had fled from his family far away, out of North Carolina. He had spent the majority of his life running, masking his scent and a few times he was forced to fly across dangerous rivers. His scent should be untraceable if his brothers and father had planned to go after him. He rarely took breaks and his sleeping pattern was weird ever since he returned to drinking blood of his prey, which he hadn’t been allowed to from his mother. Sometimes he wa

His heart began to beat faster when he realized what he was doing and he paused for a moment, looking back at the entrance and hearing the howls of his parents and brothers. He whimpered softly and he felt tired from all the running. Kent reclined on the ground and began to pant. He wanted to go back to his family, but a voice in his head told him to keep going. The howls rang in his mind and he lifted his head, opening his jaws to howl back, but then he abruptly shut down his jaws. The mental pull he felt forced him to stand up and move forward. The ground felt cold on his paws and the cave smelled like dead, rotting animals. He wondered if there would be anything in there that would be alive, and he shivered at the thought. There was not a single bat in the cave and other small prey was nowhere to be seen. The path was narrow,

Blood was soon shed and wounds formed on Kent’s body, but the dragon wolf fought back led by instinct and eventually he managed to roll over and knocked the stranger to the ground. Kent growled and bit him deeply in his side, blood pouring down and it only made him wild and uncontrollable. In that moment his thirst for blood gripped his mind and he seemed like a monstrous beast as he kept on biting his opponent. But then he froze and whined as he felt pain burning through him. It felt as if he got smacked against his muzzle even though nothing truly had hit him. His snout was then held upwards and Kent couldn’t move anymore. It were Ralkea’s telekinetic p

Small figures of animals such as hare and raccoon rushed past them but that wasn’t what Kent and Ralkea searched for. Both of their stomach’s growled from hunger, and ones throat and tongue felt dry from a sudden immense thirst for blood. Now that they both had a companion to hunt with, they were focused on finding a larger prey to set their teeth in. The air was freezing cold and the snowflakes drifted down from the skies. The thick layers of snow covered a large forest in North Carolina. It was a forest where many red wolves roamed free, a highly endangered species protected by humans. These species of wolf looked much like the gray wolf and the coyote, almost as if they were a hybrid between the two. They had the slender look of the coyote, but were bigger than them, almost reaching the height of the gray wolf. The big ears and the long legs they had however, made them set apart from both species. The fur color of most red wolves was a mixture of brown, buff and red colors.
These colors showed clearly when the temperature was cold. The animals were protected against the coldness with their thick winter pelts, keeping them warm through the freezing nights. Many red wolves were also in search for their own mate during the winter, having left the packs they were part of to start their own. It was important to rest

He stretched his body as the spikes on his back tensed from the movement. He casted a glance at the white wolf and saw she was still deep in her slumber. Truly not much of a surprise to him actually. The previous sun had been quite hectic even for him. He had found a friend after some rough years of loneliness and it must have probably been that way for her too. She had helped him with her strange powers and they had hunted together.
The male stood up and padded out of the den as quietly as he could, being welcomed by the warm rays of the Sun hitting his forehead. He gazed at the lake and then jumped from rock to rock down the pathway that was in front of the den, as it was on a small hill with a path of rocks leading down to the water. A faint white shape seemed to move hastily, creeping out from the bushes it had been hiding from. Two eyes pierced in the dark, and white teeth exposed as a yawn left the opened jaws of a she-wolf. She wondered about the strange wolf she had watched as she looked at the small den he rested in. How odd for a wolf to live in a den alone. But she knew he was more than just a wolf. He had two giant wings resembling those of a bat on his sides, and spikes had covered his head, neck and back and surrounded his long tail. What Ralkea Vihriar, for that was the white wolf’s name, found even more strange was the unnaturally colored green fur he had on various places on his head, as well as the green emeralds that emerged out of the end of his tail.
The she-wolf had never seen an odd wolf like him before, but she wasn’t afraid of him either unlike others. She was rather curious to know more of him. Ralkea didn’t expect the gray-furred wolf to be an evil

The wolf pack walked aimlessly through the forest. A cold breeze blew through the trees. The pack often had to pull back from their job to get to Kent. They noticed he had sharp hearing abilities and sometimes when he was inside his den and the pack watched him from afar, he stepped out all of sudden with a tilted head and his ears swiveling to pick up sounds. The pack could hardly make a noise at such times and now they retreated to think of a plan. Their paws crunched the autumn leaves as they moved on. It was a small pack of five members. They all hated the mutated wolf, Kent Laiton. The pack had not been a naturally formed pack for it hadn’t started with an alpha pair, but by a single alpha male who called others together for their hatred toward the winged wolf.
‘’Boss,’’ cried the voice of a wolf, ‘’when we saw Kent that one day and heard his howl… were you not scared of him? Don’t you think he holds mig

‘’Ralkea!’’ he howled out for her. He shivered upon hearing his own strange howl faintly in an echo. He waited for a while but not a single response was given.
There was no time to waste. The male stood up as he trembled slightly on his legs and ran with all the energy he had to the forests. As he scented the ground he noticed her scent wasn’t very fresh but still traceable. What would she be doing in here? All alone, running through the dark woods. But as he ran further with his nose almost stuck to the ground, scents of other wolves filled his nostrils as well. Why did she leave? The thought whirled through his mind. It couldn’t be because of the accident of yesterday, or else she wouldn’t had decided to lie down next to him. It would be

I can hear the music,
playing in my head...
That brick wall melody,
that leaves me dry and bled.
Back out, unsound, way past
The naive embrace,
clutched like the withering vine,
so doubted in commonplace.
That sorrowful harmony,
with mysterious limbs
running like mad
through my mind, so dim with fog.
In my wake do I hear that music
of the morbid and downtrodden sound...
Sweet, the symphony of my imagination...
the chaos, although so profound.
Stained, my face with the misery
Of this occupation of thought,
not much, yet the burdens are stiff
within the acidic net, am I forever caught.

I left my soul back home,
all the way back and on its own...
I left my soul back home,
Leaving my heart as cold as stone.
Here stands my being,
damn near without emotion,
In spite of what I've been seeing,
Am without a decent devotion...
Tears fall from the cracks in that accursed sky,
A rain fallen from ducts on high.
I take the pain unnaturally, by and by.
I recall the moments that had my tongue in a tie,
and still does my beating heart seem to live a lie,
and then I see nothing but stars in that accursed sky.
I can't help but wonder,
if I am acknowledged when I pray,
When I have, this heart beats like thunder,
Yet still does my faith keep my questions at bay.
I can feel the memories burning through,
searing out, the pitiful thoughts to ensue,
the ravaging fear, and sudden fits I never knew.
But my mind is but a prison that reminders bring me to.
Languid I am,
the man of few words here and now...
Still in love, and to my shepard a lamb...
yet still a shell of myself, as th

How can I not be wrong?
A girl like you comes along.
Only once in this life.
For I made you my Wife.
An everlasting love.
That will fly forever.
In the sky of a thousand doves.
The distance is tough.
Future holding rough.
But, my heart is set in stone.
You are the one thing I want alone.
So hear my plead.
I am here with you.
Loving you is my part.
My Honest Heart.

All you need is belief and you shall win.
So here I am.
Just you and I.

Finding myself ambitious.
You seek out my name.
For I can hear it in the distance.
I reach out to you.
But cannot reach.
A messaging dove lands on the window.
And sends a message I am here to teach.
I want to fly.
And be so high.
Letting my problems,
be in the past.
Though the message says.
Concentrate on what you not want.
Though, what you need.
Baby, I need you.
Every single day of life.
A year being my Wife.
And not yet seen.
That glow in your eyes.
Please don't cry..
I will teach you to fly.
Where we will meet in the middle.
And nuzzle each other.
From that moment then on.
Will you keep your head high?
Because I want you to be..

Yet they can see.
That golden light.

To a home we call Earth.
For it's the one thing.
That sparkles your eye.
In every glance,
I can see you too.
And feelings of blue.
Can always set in.
Glowing from the waters.
At our deepest feelings.
But know when the sun goes down.
Over our shoulder at dusk.
The golden light will lead us to night.
For the next time I see you.
Is when the world awakes.
Right into the eyes.
Of that Golden Light.
