Sweet Agony..Sweet Agony.. in Visual & Found Poetry More Like This
Reflection tears my soul apart
This aching deep within my heart
Of moments gone and memories lost
This love we dream, at any cost
The scattered days and lonely nights
Of secret trysts and fear that bites
so deep it burrows beneath my skin
of pain and longing, seeped in sin
I know the road that I must tred
but still I linger with such dread
For once you're gone, I am alone
My heart again, will turn to stone
Remember me with love and lust
The girl I was before the trust,
Betrayed the love that we once shared
Of days gone by when we once cared
Etched in pages of my life
Twisted cruelly like a knife
This heart, it bleeds, and suffers still
My sanity, has lost it's will
I shed my tears and walk away
To see, again, another day
Of love, that will forever more
Plant this seed of love to store..
Dragonflies..Dragonflies.. in Traditional Fixed Forms More Like This
A night so warm upon a breeze
Sending shivers through the trees
Breathing life within the night
Creating beauty from the sight
As many dragonflies did fly
Their splendor lighting up the sky
and floating gently to the glow
The warmth, a guide of where to go
Wonder followed the candles blaze
A misty sight in pleasures gaze
A dream she held within her heart
Until the dragonflies did part
A memory stored, to remember when
A simple thought is needed then
To place a smile upon her face
This gentle girl of calm and grace..
First Love..The mere sight of him lounging in the doorway of the cafe had me holding my breath.First Love.. in Short Stories More Like This
Yet there he was, oblivious to my infatuation and wearing a smile of the most decadent kind on his lips.
I stood motionless, just feet away from him.
On the breeze, came his subtle scent.
Crisp, young and carefree.
How I loved the way his hair fell and shadowed the bluest eyes I had ever seen.
I sighed softly and turned to walk away.
My shoulders slumped and the tears moistened my eyes but I held them back.
Unrequieted love of the stalker kind were the words that ran through my mind.
I laughed quietly so no-one could hear and think me insane as well.
I fell in love with him in the first grade and have followed his every step since.
Living just doors away, yet it seemed like miles.
Not once had he looked in my direction, not even a glance.
I felt my feet move, one step in front of the other.
Taking me home.
I could still smell his cologne.
Funny that it still lingered.
I drew in my breath and
A Souls Passing..My tears; they fall like summer rainA Souls Passing.. in Traditional Fixed Forms More Like This
Softly; as they mask my pain
I say goodbye, as you leave me now
free of hurt, as I wipe your brow
Many days, you struggled so
Whether to stay or to let go
Loss of strength, but strong until
Your body succumbed againt your will
I see the man you were to me
so full of life and so carefree
Taking in each breath God gave
Till in the end, no one could save
Forgotten, you will never be
Each day I remember and I see
What a gift you gave and shared
Your love, your smile and how you cared
So rest your head and go in peace
The pain is gone, and now will cease
In heaven, where the good souls go

My ColoursI saw RED today..My Colours in Emotional More Like This
Painful stabs of reality hit me with such force that my breathing was slowed to the point of near asphyxiation.
I was standing here but I felt as though it was not me.
That, I was outside my body looking past my emotions, to what my eyes could see.
My heart had taken on a much faster pace and it felt too big for my chest.
My arms hung loosely beside my torso, no will left for me to reach out.
No words came from my mouth although I wished them too.
Silence reigned and acceptance was inevitable as you walked away.
I saw BLACK today..
Too many unsaid words, many regrets and a lifetime of whatevers.
Shrouded moments of such darkness that no-one would understand, unless they were there themselves.
Sadly though, we seem to experience these times alone.
We could be in a crowded room and yet feel so isolated.
The mind is all-powerful and can make us or break us.
We believe what we hear, and we mimic what we see, and these two actions are our destruction.

In the darkIt was the complete and utter silence that I noticed first. In the dark in Short Stories More Like This
So quiet that it was unnerving to the point of the hairs standing up on the nape of my neck.
It is impossible to be this quiet.
There has to be a sound of some kind.
The wind in the trees.
Insects at their nightly rituals.
But there was nothing.
It was making me uneasy to the point that I hadn't realized I had been holding my breath.
Then came the darkness.
So encompassing that it overwhelmed my senses.
I was blind in the dark.
Deaf in the silence that my sense of smell was going into overdrive.
There was a scent, but it was impossible to recall where I had smelt it before.
It was not an aromatic scent but more of a instinctly pungent odour that had me wrinkling my nose.
Hard to describe.
It was actually similar to rotting garbage but sweeter and warmer.
Sounds weird I know but in this icy cold darkness the smell made me feel warm.
Putting one foot in front of the other I started to take small, steal

Be them the damnation of my soul
Placed in my way, at every turn.
Hidden precariously amongst the normality of my everyday.
A simplistic view of what should happen is changed forever by a gust of wind or a step in the wrong direction.
Upon waking to each day, my mind instantly reacts and goes into over-drive, clouding my judgement even before I get out of my bed.
My senses scream for subtlety.
Too much light or a sound that intensifies abnormally will send me into a spin.
I place my bare feet on the harsh coldness of the floor.
Instantly my nostrils flare with the richness of the damp air.
I shudder as I strain to rise into an upright position.
My first riddle of the day has me guessing which foot to place before the other.
I know how to walk.
But my mind forgets and leaves me in a constant battle of what comes first.
Questioning my sanity with even the smallest things.
Do I inhale or exhale to breathe?
I forget and hold my breath until I feel faint and then finally
Cry not for mePieces of my heart, scattered on the floorCry not for me in Traditional Fixed Forms More Like This
To be entwined with yours, never more
My tears, they drown my very soul
Each droplet spent, as they do roll
across the moments, that we once knew
now sadness reigns, where love once grew
I place a piece within my hand
and all I see is shifting sand
Of what we had, but is no more
mere yearning is all for me to store
Within my trinket box of dreams
Life is always, not as it seems
A blink in time can change it all
From euphoric to pity's call
A sound we do not want to hear
In most it brings the gravest fear
Of lovers found and then to part
Leaving scattered pieces, of the heart
Cry not for me, for I once had
What others may never see
This time and place, in love
Forever, a treasured memory..

My Crescent Moon..A crescent moon; one night did shineMy Crescent Moon.. in Traditional Fixed Forms More Like This
Upon our love; both yours and mine
So deep within our eyes so bright
We pledged our souls into the night
Our hand clasped tight upon our heart
With vows that we would never part
So young were we and yet we dreamed
No wrong be done; or so it seemed
But life is full of twists and turns
Of mourning and a soul that yearns
To see again, what could of been
With open eyes, but never seen
I sigh and often shed a tear
For what we had and still the fear
Will bind my heart to never more
To reminisce, of what we saw
We parted though our love was strong
To go our ways and yet to long
Of gentle nights and breathless sighs
Not of the what's, or who's or why's
You see, I've found, that life is still
A mystery woven; against our will
But granted wishes hold us fast
And ties us to our treasured past
So on the nights I see on high
A crescent moon within the sky
I close my eyes and dream again
GodsWe are not gods, love, gods do not bleed.Gods in Free Verse More Like This
They don't bleed when they come home and the wind was south and the head hurts and the floor is tiled with nails,
they don't bleed when the oars are splintered, and they don't leave red flecks on 7 am paper cups.
Their way is starlight and their veins are poetry,

Gods are gods because they remain.
That's why they don't bleed, like we do when

we forgot to put out the fire (again)
when we've torn all our enemies and they have torn us,

guadalupeWhen I went down to the river, guadalupe in Free Verse More Like This
I saw the ghost of a wolf.
Its outline was silver against the precipice.
The night was deep and the dark was magnetic,
and in the silence I thought I would die.
The scent of rosemary came from the earth like balsam,
and back then I did not know your name,
so I didn't die that night.
A thousand questions I asked,
and two thousand went unanswered,
but the pawprints on the clay were clear
and following them, I braved the current
to get to the other side where no one waited
but an image of my future self,
coming down to an empty riverbank. I followed.
The wolf led my blind steps
all the way back to my shoreline,
and for the first time I felt I was home,
and slowly, the sun rose.
I think I smiled even if I knew
that the sun doesn't rise and set on the same horizon;
and the fog swallwed the wolf and the tide.
And I felt whole,
because I crossed that river knowing that when I die,
I will go back to the water.

La ultima mariposa in Free Verse More Like This

Chopsticks are lowered into the low quality soup and brought back out with noodles hanging off of them. The blonde smiles and lifts the food to the readheads blushing face, telling him to open wide for his master. The younger boy whimpers lightly and opens his mouth slowly for Tamaki, taking in the soft noodles and swallowing lightly. A small droplet of soup drips down the corner of Hikaru's mouth and hangs on his chin. Tamaki chuckles and leans forward, licking the chicken flavored soup. "Such a messy eater." I sighed and watched him skip merrily, just knowing something bad would happen.
And as fate would have it, I saw him trip over his own shoe lace and fall down the hill.
Jack fell down and broke his crown...
My eyes rolled as I sarcastically said the last bit to myself, watching the blonde boy come to a stop at the bottom of the hill.
I set my own bucket down and started after him, swearing as I myself trip over a small patch of weeds.

The room had a tense atmosphere as Hikaru trembled in the room with a supportive Tamaki, letting the Hitachiin hold his hand tightly. The older cooed gentle words to the boy, trying to calm his nerves. Kaoru was currently in one of the operating rooms, getting stitches for a gash he had gotten in his leg. It wasn't anything major, he would survive obviously, but with the way Hikaru had overreacted when Kaoru had gotten a tiny cut on his cheek in Karuizawa, he knew that Hikaru's mind would blow this out of proportion as well. He watched with anticipation as both boys had only one card. It seems neither could play it, because neither were putting the card on either of the messy piles. The raven and the redhead put their hand on the flipped down pile, ready to flip the card over so maybe one of them could put down their last card and win. On The Threshold of CreationDaughter of Hecate,On The Threshold of Creation in Free Verse More Like This
I was born upon the threshold
of one year and the next:
a tiny earthen creature,
awash in a sea of stars.
Too late did I remember
Capricorn is the goat with
the tail of a fish,
and perhaps my legs were never meant
to tread upon the earth.
I've heard tell
that Saturn is the harshest master,
and will never be satisfied
by words alone.
In the beginning I was sure-footed
as the goat who glitters in stars above me,
ideas sprung full-grown from my head,
as Athena born from Zeus
Too late do I recall
that prophecy foretold,
Zeus' own creation
would surpass even him.
I'm still trying to puzzle out
whether my own creation
will surpass me, and live on,
or destroy me altogether.
Yet still I weave my words,
and endeavor to make Athena proud.
She beckons me home,
tall and stern from woven banner:
tempts me with promises of "Eureka",
and still I pray, to any who would hear me
that my living words will whisper
"non omnis moriar."

Dark Mother, keep your fury

Harm us not, but let us hear
the power of that sound.
The wheel is turning, always turning
as the sun falls from the sky.
Mother can you tell me,
oh can't you tell me why?
Dark Mother, stir your cauldron
deep living waters of rebirth.
Wash clean this wretched wreckage
we have wreaked upon the earth.
Dark Mother, shall we reap
all that we have sown?
When spring returns will you be there?
to light our path toward home?
The wheel is turning, always turning
as the seasons slowly die.
Mother can you tell me,

Will you exhale a merciful breath,

You raised the entire family and handfuls of our friends. You are Grama to the entire town. But you're my Grama, (even if you're really my great-grandmother), and I was the lucky one out of all of us who seems to have taken after you.

First of all, I must thank you sincerely for choosing me to tell your story. I hope you never regret this decision, as I know the speed at which I transcribe your story is maddeningly slow - to me as well. I often feel guilty for keeping you and your story all to myself - when truly, it begs to be told to many more people. And this is the mission I have given myself - that you've given me, really: to tell your story to the world.
I hope I can prove myself worthy of the task, though I am often plagued with doubt at my ability to properly bring you to life, as well as the world you inhabit. It is odd - I spend so much time there, you'd think it would be easier. And you - you've lived in my head for so long that I have come to regard you as far more than an imaginary best friend: more like a second self.
You see, I envy you - your complete intolerance of injustice. You never fail to speak out, no matter the consequences. I wish I had your bravery; it inspires me. People tell

Neko-chan gazed her owner's face while he watched TV. He was sad, the cat knew it. She purred more, crying over her owner's sadness.
She watched over him, she saw him sleep, she told him "good morning" while he was still sleeping.

His hands were still blood stained. Because Kisaki done the most horrible thing someone can to anyone. When he realized what he done it was already too late. The bloodstain blonde hair and the face emerging from a dead smile. Why did he smile? Did he think that was his fate? Did he think that was all he had? Or was it because he loved him so?
It was late for him... It was all gone... That guy and his sweet sad smile were no longer going to be there. Why? Why did he have to lose the thing he loved the most in the whole world? He lost him, forever.
How silly, and he did it alone, with his own hands. He shouldn't regret it, because he hurt his heart so badly by being with that other guy. Kisaki was envying who had his kisses, because, in his mind, he was all his.

Kisaki was lost. He loved him? How so? How didn't he ever notice it? Weren't they all jokes and fanservice? ...was it for real?
He was calling himself stupid. How did he never notice it? Wasn't it obvious? Probably, Riku called him stupid too many times to be counted.

(Or they usually gotta be flat as boards, one or the other, no in between). If an anime girl doesn't conform to this body type, she simply isn't hot. And because Japan thinks so, everyone should think so.
2. Eyes and Hair Next most important to no fat chicks, all their eyes must be big, big, BIG. The eyes are like breasts. The

Yaoi. Since it's a known fact that all female characters are vastly inferior to the male ones, none of them are suitable to be shipped with a male character. In fact, they can all go lez in a corner. No. This is going to be about yaoi. The greatest thing to evar happen evar of all time. Because we could never let a woman soil the true and pure love between a man and another man. And nothing is more sacred than that.
1. Tops and Bottoms As a rule, all yaoi couples must have a certified top and bottom (or uke and seme for you Japan types). NO EXCEPTIONZ1111!! You're either top. Or bottom. Period. The end. No exceptions. That's how all relationships work. And if you're relationship isn't like that, then there's probably something wrong with you. Or you're a woman. Then there's definitely something w

"Fat," she said. "I'm fat?"
"I'm a machine. Machines don't lie."
"But I'm ten."
"Ten and fat."
"But how can you tell? There's gotta be some mistake."
"Okay, kid, listen up. I've got your goddamn height and BMI right here. Right here inside me.
And according to my records, you suck at boxing, you suck at running, your physical age is that of a 48-year-old male and you suck at Brawl."
"Hey, you're being mean!"
"I'm not mean. I'm a machine. Can't take playing with me? If you don't like it then take yourself somewhere else and maybe go and play with the other babies outside in the sandbox. In the sun. With other actual humans. Like a sissy. Go ahead. You're obviously not man enough to play with this."
The Nintendo Wii puffed out his chest as little Susan B. ran away crying to the sandbox.
A short distance away, PS3 and 360 frowned disapprovingly. PS3 sighed.

"Face the facts, Kaito. Why do you think his unconscious self keeps calling you 'Kaito-kun'? Does he use that honorific on Gakupo, too?"
"N-no, but I mean, how do you know? Has he ever told you that?" Kaito struggled to counter.
"No " Rin admitted. "But it's pretty obvious. It's always Kaito this and Kaito that. And now this "
Kaito sighed, accepting the facts. "Why are you telling me this anyway?" he asked, knowing perfectly well why she had told him.
Rin sighed as well. Kaito was being so slow. "That's why we keep apologizing. Because we know that you feel the same way about him."
"I-I do not!" Kaito objected.
Rin didn't reply, and Kaito imagined her rolling her eyes.
"O-okay, well maybe I do if only a little " Kaito mumbled.
"I'm coming home." Rin said, changing the subject, much to Kaito's relief. "Gumi and I are getting on a plane in a few hours, so we should be hom

"It's fine." Gakupo reassured. "He'll be back in a few minutes."
Len stiffened, finally cracking open an eye, albeit one clouded and unfocused. "You promise? "
Gakupo couldn't help but chuckle at how clingy and restless Len had become during his illness. "Yes, I promise."
"G-good." Len managed to spout through another bout of coughs.
"Water?" Gakupo offered, holding out the bottle he'd brought with him.
Len opened his other eye and struggled to focus on the bottle, but to no avail. "Y-yes please." He said after a few moments.
Gakupo handed him the bottle with another small chuckle. "No need to be so formal."
"Sorry " Len murmured, struggling with the bottle for several moments before laying it down next to him on the bed to cough some more.
Gakupo lifted the bottle. "Here. Let me." He said, opening it and holding it to Len's lips. When the boy had taken a few sma
