Magenta isn't a thing...
Isaac Newton wasn't the first person who noticed that when light passed through a prism, it transformed into a rainbow of colors, but he was the first to figure out (roughly) why. Before him, people had supposed that the prism somehow corrupted the color of the light. Newton took that rainbow, passed it through another prism, and "re-assembled" it into its original state (white light), and deduced correctly that white light is actually made up of many different colors. He even charted it out, making a linear bar of all the colors, from red on the left to violet on the right.

OK, so many of you have heard this already, but there's a hacker going around on DA, he's getting into peoples accounts, and even worse, he deactivates them completely. There is a way to avoid this though, if you ever get an email from nobody@Da.com or something like that, asking you to change your passwords, don't do it, it's a trick to get your account hacked, just delete the email as soon as possible.
and now onto worse matters, below is a message (from microsoft I believe) that is warning people of a massive hacker, and the steps you need to take to stop him from getting you. I would like to thank for getting this info.

While the basic characterization of this fictional creature (his tastes, his fears, his behaviors) may take a little mental effort, as it is a sort of list of emotions, facts and feelings that come and go in the life of a character, the process of visual realization of this creature may not be as simple. That's why many writers and characters creators prefer to rely on experienced hands.

Since I believe the efforts of semi-realism artists are not sufficiently appreciated, because there are so many fantastic illustrations in this style that does not have the right visibility on here, I decided to create an article to advertise these artists that are, for me, the 'new faces' of this fashionable and yet so difficult art style.
First of all, Semi-realism is a drawing style derived from mangas but more complex in terms of style. Indeed, if we want to be more precise, it is the missing link between mangas and digital art. No giant eyes but neither skin blemishes.
I would really appreciate if dA could add a category for this particular art style but I can easily admit the boundaries to define this style are very labile.
